the local or national media - but shouted out at America to "Wake Up"
through cable access TV our of Austin Texas. I am still coughing due to my
first exposure to it - just like I was informed last night - an hour before
I become congested (I usually do not go downtown where the concentration of
the chem trail substances is heaviest). I am still congested this Thursday
morning, Feb 28th as I type this emergency broadcast letter out. This is not
*laryngitis* floating around folks - as your officemates might be
complaining about recently... I have just learned late last night/early
this morning about of the rash of chem trail spraying across the rest of

The True Purpose of Chem Trails? 4-17-01
The following is reprinted from David Icke's Magazine
(Special thanks to Ken Welch)

So you haven't yet figured out the airborne conditioning-agent release
program that is being operated by the government. I'll give you some hints,
but first I'll give you a little information about myself. I'm a retired
government scientist with an advanced degree in one of the health-related
disciplines. I do not use my real name for fear of retaliation, either
against me, or against members of my family. I always try to route my e-mail
communications so that they appear to come from another source, usually from
one somewhere within the government. Sometimes I use the internet resources
of the public library - whatever it takes to hide my true identity and
confuse those who don't want the sort of information I possess to fall into
the public's hands.

I have a small circle of friends who are, or were, in key positions within
our military and several government agencies. These are not the very top
level personnel, but mid to upper mid-level people, scientists and analysts,
who are in positions where they can see the day-to-day activities of what's
going on, who are charged with implementing the details, but who are never
quite privy to the schemes behind the work they do. Each of my contacts has
been able to supply me with a portion of the puzzle, but separately, none of
them understands the whole story. I'll tell you what I've pieced together so
far. But I have to admit that this information frightens me because there is
no place I can go with it. What am I supposed to do - write my congressman?
I believe that would be like signing my own death warrant.

This whole chemtrail issue is related to the plan for decreasing the world
population to around 450-500 million -- and starting with the US first. Why?
The people of the US are the only ones with even the remotest chance of
stopping this. That is, if they knew about it. That's why the US has to be
the first to go. You have to understand that the world's elite covet the US
for its geographic diversity - and they would love to return this country to
its condition as it existed prior to Columbus setting foot here, but without
the Native Americans this time of course.

You may have already heard how several national parks have been designated
as world biospheres - that's the plan for all of North America, a giant
nature park and playground that will be devoid of annoying human beings
(that would be us). And the people actually involved in doing the spraying,
as well as those who will take part in the rest of the plans, are being
duped into believing they will be spared, that is, permitted to live and
remain on this continent as administrators and caretakers of this vast
nature preserve. I understand that about 150 to 200 thousand people are
projected as necessary for maintenance purposes. But it's likely these
people will not be Americans. Those in charge wouldn't want to risk the
possibility of some sort of revolt, so the workers will probably be brought
in from Europe and Asia.

There are rumors floating about the internet that the chemtrails are part of
some sort of secret program the government is doing to protect the US from
future biological attacks. Nothing could be further from the truth. The plan
is to sensitize, or condition, the US population to being wiped out by
influenza A. Over the past few years, people have been encouraged to get flu
shots to protect them against the generally non-lethal strains that
circulate through the population during flu season.

Each year the US government has guessed which strains were most likely to
spread. They seem to always guess right - don't they? This flu season, the
government protected people with a trivalent vaccine that included the
A/Beijing/262/95-like (H1N1) and the A/Sydney/5/97-like (H3N2). It also
contained the B/Beijing/184/93-like hemagglutinin antigens. For those not
familiar with virology, the H and N refer to proteins on the outside of the
virus, the hemagglutinin and neuraminidase, which are responsible for the
virus attaching to, and then invading, a host cell. The public has been
quite pleased with the success of the vaccines offered so far. But that will
change in the future.

Researchers at the US Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases
(or USAMRIID) at Fort Detrick in Frederick MD have reconstructed and
modified the H1N1 Spanish Flu virus, making it far more deadly than it ever
was back when it was responsible for the 1918-1919 flu pandemic that killed
over 20 million worldwide and over 500,000 here in the US. Consider that it
could have killed many more, but back then, people couldn't hop on a jet and
travel from New York to L.A. in five hours. Now, our ability to travel will
increase the spread and will be our downfall.

The flu vaccines contain killed virus and protect the body well against
challenge by that particular strain, but work poorly against other strains
not included in the inoculation. At some point, the vaccine stockpile will
include the more lethal modification of the 1918 H1N1 in its live form. Most
people receiving this vaccine will simply be renewing their annual flu shot,
and the vaccine will still include the inactivated version of the more
benign form of H1N1 (as was included in this year's vaccine). The presence
of the milder strain in the inoculum will slow down the progression of the
more lethal H1N1 form, so people will become sick more slowly - but they
will still eventually die. It will just take a few weeks longer.

In the meantime, they will be carriers for the lethal form of the virus,
passing it on to everyone with whom they make contact. And as people hear
that others are dropping dead from the flu, they will flock to get their own
vaccination. And the entire population will be more receptive to infection
because their lungs will have been pre-conditioned to guarantee it.

If you will remember back to 1968 and '69, the Hong Kong flu, which was
influenza A type H3N2, killed over 30,000 people in the U.S. alone. That was
a fortuitous learning event for some because it taught them that the flu
could still conceivably be used to wipe out a population. But at the same
time, it pointed out the need to precondition the populace so that those who
might normally be resistant could be rendered susceptible. Hence the
development of the vaccine program and the aerial spraying procedures to
condition the population. The purpose of the chemicals in the chemtrails is
to help the viral envelope fuse with lung cells, permitting easier
penetration and infection.

But what about those few individuals who don't succumb to the flu?
Probability alone demands that there will be some who survive - pockets of
the population that are either not reached or somehow (and this is less
likely) are resistant to the lethal H1N1 strain. At this point you must also
remember that our military personnel have been immunized against a variety
of pathogens, including the anthrax bacillus.

For those geographically isolated areas where the flu doesn't do its job,
it's a fairly simple matter to lay down anthrax spores and then send in
what's left of the military to take care of anyone still breathing. The
anthrax spraying will probably come under the guise of a flu protection
program to save those still alive after the epidemic. And the military,
having been exposed to civilians with the flu, will eagerly await their own
flu shots. I should emphasize that this is a last resort scenario. Those
orchestrating the plan will not want to use anthrax until all other
possibilities are exhausted - this because of the long-term viability of
anthrax spores. To scatter them over the countryside would mean the area
would be dangerous for use by humans, at least those not vaccinated against
the bacteria.

And think about this for a moment. Why do you suppose agencies like Fish and
Wildlife are so eager to reintroduce wolves and other species into areas of
the country which haven't seen these animals for generations. It's all part
of the plan to restore this land to what the elite envision as its early
paradise-like state, with wild animals freely roaming the uninhabited plains
and forests. Granted, it will take some time to clean up the place and to
maybe destroy a lot of small towns that might otherwise be considered a
blight on the landscape. But for the global elite it will be a small price
for us to pay for their enjoyment.

Sky Samples Analyzed

VICTORIA, British Columbia, Canada, April 22, 1999 (ENS) - As unmarked
tanker-type aircraft continue spraying sky-obscuring chemtrails over regions
of the U.S. and Canada, this writer and American journalist Erminia Cassani
have obtained laboratory tests of fully-documented samples of aerial
fallout. The samples were tested by a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency
(EPA) licensed facility.

The two samples were taken from aluminum-sided structures in separate states
nearly a year apart after their respective owners went outside in the wake
of low-flying aircraft to find dwellings and outbuildings splattered with a
brown, gel-like substance.

Trained in the health sciences, Cassani carefully took samples from the
second incident which occurred at 2:00 pm on November 17, 1998. The samples were taken from property directly under the flight approach path to
Thomasville airport, an old airport once used for commercial flights but now
used only for small planes. However, the woman whose house and property the
sample substance fell upon, observed that military aircraft have recently
been using this airport for "test runs" circling the immediate area and
returning to the Thomasville airfield. This facility is located a 45 minutes
drive from the Harrisburg International Airport in Pennsylvania.

Noting nearby military hangars filled with big helicopters, Cassani
videotaped a house splattered on all sides, as well as the driveway. The
reporter also interviewed a man living near the main runway who claimed that
a similar goo had hit his house the previous October.

Cassani became ill with flu-like symptoms and was sick for four days after
obtaining the sample. When a marine biologist at a nearby university started
working with the gel material, he too immediately developed upper
respiratory symptoms. The woman whose house had been struck also caught
the"flu." Two weeks before Christmas 1998 she suffered a heart attack.

Coliform tests by the state Department of Health were negative. But when the
university Ph.D. biologist turned his microscope to high power, he found the
glass slide teeming with a protozoan life form he said was "very resilient
to very cold temperatures."

The laboratory staff who eventually received our sample for a complete
analysis had never seen cell cultures bloom so fast. Cell cultures normally
take several days to grow; ours flowered into brilliant colors within 48
hours of being placed in petri dishes.

Exclaiming that, "It was all over the plate," the biologist who examined our
first sample wanted to know where we had obtained this "bio-hazard"
material.

No markers for jet fuel were evident. But the TNT and fuel-eating
Pseudomonas fluorescens found in our sky sample is listed in 163 Pentagon
patents for bioremediation.

Sometimes employed against oil spills, Pseudomonas fluorescens can consume jet fuel as a primary food source. This bacteria can cause upper respiratory illness and serious blood infections in humans.

Unlike P. flourescens, the streptomyces present in our sample is rarely
found in outdoor samples. Used to make several antibiotics, this fungus can
cause severe infections in humans.

Also isolated in our sample was a fluorescent-type of bacteria found in
distant coral reefs, which can be used as a "marker" in lab tests.

Another bacillus contained a "restriction enzyme" used in research
laboratories to "restrict" or cut DNA material for transfer to other
organisms. A computer search for this usually benign bacteria turned up
Streptomyces and P. flourescens on the same reference page - as well as the
American Type Tissue Culture Corporation. U.S. Senate documents show that
this Maryland company made at least 72 shipments of germ warfare cultures to
Saddam Hussein's scientists between October 1984 and October 1993.

Our second sample was obtained from the U.S. eastern seaboard after Cassani
tracked down a woman whose house, barn, cars, lawn and driveway were covered by a similar brown gel on January 17, 1998. This homeowner noticed planes making "tic-tac-toe clouds" and "weird designs" in the sky before the goo
fell - possibly from clogged spray nozzles.

She had been at church while neighbors watched a large aircraft circling so
low it rattled windows and almost hit a barn, before climbing toward a
disused commercial airfield recently renovated for military flights. When
the homeowner took a scraping into the local lab, she was told of similar
incidents in the vicinity.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) dismissed the substance - which
resisted power-washing and months of weathering - as "corn meal."

But despite being stored for a year at room temperature, our EPA registered
lab found this second batch of dried-out gel teeming with the same bacilli
present in our more recent sample. Streptomyces was again found, as well as
a bacteria capable of causing a painful ear infection.

Three other molds in this second sample included a "black yeast" stockpiled
by the U.S. Army as a "bioremediation organism" that thrives on TNT and
petroleum spills. This black yeast can also cause a nasty upper respiratory
infection - as Cassani discovered when her left lung became painfully
infected with black mold that could have come from the sample she handled.

We decided to withhold the name of our testing facility after an
environmental lab in Ohio was besieged by calls from a militia organization
claiming that a jet fuel additive identified by Aqua Tech Environmental Inc.
was part of a conspiracy to cull the population.

Larry Harris brought the controversial sample to Aqua Tech for analysis. A
registered microbiologist who once worked on top U.S. biowarfare projects,
Harris says that a lab technician immediately identified his sample as JP-8
aviation fuel similar to dozens of samples being brought in by sick pilots
and ground crew.

But after the harassing phone calls began, another chemtrails investigator
who was with Harris when he submitted the fuel sample to Aqua Tech told ENS
that the "lab went cold" and would no longer confer with them.

A copy of Aqua Tech's report on Harris' sample has been obtained by this
reporter. Submitted on September 17, 1997 and labeled "Jet Fuel," lab report
number MEL 97-1140 identifies more than 15 toxic petroleum products -
including toulene and styrene, as well as traces of the banned pesticide
ethylene dibromide (EDB). Currently used as a JP-8 jet fuel additive, EDB
was banned by the EPA in the late 1970s as a known carcinogen capable of
causing severe upper respiratory reactions at repeated low-level exposures.

Harris charges that Aqua Tech altered its test results to "almost
undetectable amounts" of EDB in order to fend off crackpots, protect
government contracts and discredit his investigation.

Aqua Tech insists its report is accurate.

Despite efforts to protect her identity, our own friendly biologist turned
edgy and cold after finding few references to our toxic samples in medical
books or Internet databanks. When Cassani suggested that this lack of
information seemed strange, the microbiologist laughed uneasily and said,
"Well, the whole thing is strange, the samples, where they came from. So I'm
not surprised."

Similar encounters with a gel clinging tenaciously to porches, pick-up
trucks and patrol cars have been reported across the USA - from Arizona's
remote Mogollon rim to Aptos and Fresno, California and North Seattle,
Washington.

The most publicized incident occurred in August, 1994, when gelatinous globs
began raining on Oakville, Washington about 80 miles southeast of Seattle.

After local residents became sick with vertigo, lethargy and severe
shortness of breath, a lab technician found human white blood cells in the
sky goo. At the Washington State Department of Health, registered
microbiologist Mike McDowell also discovered the sample swarming with
Pseudomona flourescens and Enterobacter cloacae.

Serratia marcescens was found in yet another gel sample obtained in Idaho in
late March, 1999. Often causing upper respiratory infections resulting in
pneumonia, Serratia marcescens was sprayed into the New York subway system
in 1953, and over Dorset, England from early 1966 to 1971 by the military in
both countries. Serratia marcescens was supposedly withdrawn as a biological
warfare stimulant in the 1970s when this infectious agent was deemed too
hazardous for use on friendly "test populations."

E. coli, Serratia marcescens, and Bacillus glogigii were sprayed over UK
population centers to stimulate biowarfare attacks in the 1960s and 1970s,
the London Telegraph reported in May of 1998. All three agents can cause
disease in humans including pneumonia and chest infections. According to
recent admissions by the British Defense Ministry, a Canberra jet bomber was
modified with spray tanks to "act as a spray aircraft for research into
defence against biological warfare."

Microscopic examination of spider web-like fallout obtained in Sallisaw,
Oklahoma in October, 1997 also turned up enterobacteria, which can cause
gastrointestinal illness.

Despite these findings, microbiologists caution that the Oakville, Idaho and
Sallisaw samples could have been contaminated by "background" bacteria
present in the soil.

Experimental lab material found in our samples remains unexplained. As
outbreaks of staph, recurrent pneumonia and meningitis continue to be
reported in hospitals by newspapers across the USA, Cassani and I note that
staph-related organisms turning up in test samples of airborne spray can
cause pneumonia and meningitis.

WHAT'S IN CHEMTRAILS?

Part of the substances in the chemtrails have been identified: a cocktail of JP8+100 jet fuel, laced with Ethylene Dibromide (EDB). This chemical pesticide was banned in 1983 by the EPA as a definite carcinogen and chemical toxin. Exposure to this type spraying can include these symptoms: * respiratory tract problems * severe infections to the throat and sinuses * swelling of the lymph glands * coughing fits * shortness of breath * sinus headaches * general respiratory failure * damage to the heart and liver * exposure to EDB makes people more susceptible to other biological agents due to severe lung irritation

For lack of a better term, "brown goo" has been used to describe the material found on exterior walls of buildings and windshields of automobiles. It's almost impossible to remove with soap and water, and has proved to be highly toxic to anyone coming in contact with it. Don't touch it, handle it, or attempt to move it by yourself.

"Numerous red and white blood cells, and unidentified cell types have been found within the sub-micron fiber sample previously presented and submitted on Jan. 20, 2000 to Carol M. Browner, Administrator of the United States Environmental Protection Agency. "Thomas has also reported that spraying samples have been analyzed and have revealed that many deadly and toxic pathogens have been found including Mycoplasma Fermetens Incognitus (the SAME bioengineered pathogen that Dr. Garth Nicholson discovered in about 45% of the veterans who came down with Gulf War Illness). Thomas found that Mycoplasma, however, was only ONE pathogen among a group of highly toxic biohazard substances analyzed from the chemtrail residues." http://www.educate-yourself.org/ctindex.html 

CHEMTRAIL COCKTAILS - NO THANK YOU, WE'RE ABSTAINING

There are at least four or five components found in these cocktails as released by Will Thomas.

1. A unique chemical marker used to identify the specific biological cocktail. This marker is derived from a coral reef found in an ocean on the other side of the world.

2. Samples contain a bacterium, Pseudomonas Fluorescens, which is responsible for serious blood infections. Mr. Thomas characterizes this organism as a bacterium that his research has shown to be named in more than 160 Pentagon patents pertaining to both biological warfare applications and aerosol inoculation experiments. It is also cited in DOD literature as an experimental biowarfare bacteria. Additionally, Pseudomonas Fluorescens is known to attack the respiratory system and is associated with severe coughing fits, general weakness, and vertigo and is extremely resistant to most antibiotics.

3. Some samples contained Pseudomonas Aeruginosa which invade and attack the respiratory system. Once infected by this bacteria, the linings of the lungs produce a thick mucous which results in breathing difficulties, coughing fits, and shortness of breath, following only minor physical exertion. After the infections have taken hold, Aeruginosa generates a wide range of toxic proteins which cause extensive tissue damage and severely compromises the immune system. It is also associated with bronchitis, pneumonia, ear and eye infections, meningitis, muscle and joint pain, cystic fibrosis, and gastrointestinal distress. Aeruginosa is also very antibiotic-resistant.

4. A fungus called streptomyces has also turned up in these cocktails. This fungus is normally found _inside_ a research laboratory since its primary use is in the production of antibiotics like Tetracycline and Streptomycin. The non-lab form of this fungus can cause severe infections in human beings.

5. The last component discovered in these cocktails is a special bacillus which contained what is known as a DNA restriction enzyme. What this allows, in effect, is gene splicing. A scientist can take a specific length from a DNA chain and transfer it to another organism creating a mutation. This substance is found only in genetic engineering laboratories. One of its uses is to create exotic viruses with specific characteristics and pathologies.

PROTECT YOURSELF

First and foremost, if you see chemtrails that meet the criteria in points 1-4, go inside. Ditto for pets, if possible.

Second, don't touch the cobweb-like substances or the "brown goo".

Third, build up your immune system. Eliminate fatty foods, refined sugar, white flour, salt, coffee, alcohol, tobacco and recreational drugs. Drink plenty of pure water. Take supplements of vitamins A, C, E and zinc. Echinacea and Goldenseal have also proved helpful. Some folks suggest daily doses of colloidal silver as well as gargling with it. Don't burn your candle at both ends; get plenty of sleep.

IF YOU ARE EXPOSED

This is not a cure-all, but it will help.

1) Take a hot shower with an antibacterial soap like Dial. Hot water helps kill bacteria, mold and yeast particles. Be sure to wash your hair since it's close to your mouth, nose and eyes (easy access to your respiratory tract).

2) If you get a severe sore throat or cough up green phlegm, go to the doctor immediately. Green phlegm means a bacterial infection either in the lungs or in the upper respiratory tract. Bacterial infections multiply rapidly and can only be killed by antibiotics and then, they are not always effective.

ASSESSING THE SCENARIOS

So what is the purpose for the spraying?

1. weather modification

Based on their published agenda, we know that the US Air Force is currently engaged in extensive weather modification and control techniques. Experimentation is highly probable which could account for _some_ of the sprayings.

"The Air Force also admits to "routine fuel dumping" of highly toxic JP8, and to using carbon black for weather modification. According to a recent NASA cloud study, carbon black is a "very effective" nuclei around which water vapor can condense, forming artificially-induced cloud cover." http://www.islandnet.com/~wilco/mysites.html 

2. mass depopulation

If the purpose were for mass depopulation, one would think that people-dense countries like India, China, Africa and Indonesia would be targeted. If spraying were for nefarious purposes, why not spray only at night when there would be less detection? We're hard-pressed to think our government would sanction such activities as their own families and friends, not to mention themselves, would be equally at risk. This seems the least likely scenario.

3. mass inoculation

It is possible that the governments are trying to vaccinate its citizenry against Anthrax, Tularemia, Brucellosis, or all three. Currently anthrax is probably the greatest national threat currently facing our country as well as other countries. It is easy to manufacture, transport and deliver, plus death follows fairly quickly. The economic devastation projected from an anthrax attack by a terrorist group has been calculated to be ~$26 billion per 100,000 persons exposed. That's significant.

The technology exists for this type of DNA vaccine. Peoples' symptoms experienced after a chemtrail spraying are consistent with symptoms one would see produced by agents associated with the host bacteria used to deliver the vaccine. However, until a sample group of people is actually tested for immunity to anthrax, there is no proof that it protects conclusively against anthrax.

The mostly likely method of transmission is through aerosol dispersion. That technology exists. Here are examples:

1. At the University of Guelph, researchers are working on an aerosol vaccine for chickens to protect them against E. coli. "Live vaccines have many advantages: they can be given in small doses and administered on mass via an aerosol spray." http://www.uoguelph.ca/Research/spark/nuggets/fall98.html 

2. Conclusions from the 75th meeting of the National Institute of Health, held December 4, 1997, report that significant progress has been made toward creating an aerosol vaccine for influenza. http://www.nih.gov/about/director/120497.htm 

3. In the fall of 1997, a Rhodes College biology course offered a segment entitled "Viruses: Risks and Benefits to Society". The course covered the use of the newer aerosol vaccines as well as how easy it is to use on animals. They simply inhale the vaccine and are protected against respiratory infections.

4. Reportedly there is a page on Kansas State University's web site (it's a huge site and I could not find it) soliciting inquiries from interested parties who would like to discuss licensing technologies developed at KSU for commercialization of an aerosol delivery system. It has already been developed to administer small proteins and DNA enzymes deeply into the respiratory system for immunization purposes.

5. In 1998, Renee Land was given a grant to _continue_ her research of an aerosol Rinderpest vaccine for use in free ranging domestic animals and wildlife. Rinderpest is a highly contagious and lethal virus which affects both groups of animals. 6. From 1995: Dr. Fred W. Scott, of the Cornell Feline Health Center, has conducted three experiments to evaluate the safety and efficiency of a new intranasal FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis) vaccine, Primucell-FIP, _currently being marketed_ by SmithKline Beecham Animal Health (SBAH, formerly Norden Laboratories). http://www.vspn.net/VSPNSearch/VINLibrary/lv960028.htm

*This article was revised in 1992. It is impossible to tell from the wording just how long this aerosol vaccine has been available, but somewhere between 1992 and 1995.

With recent mainstream media talk on television and in newspapers, as well as government press releases stating that they feel NBC attacks are not only probable, but imminent, it follows that a mass inoculation process take place. We have only to look back to the three recent mock NBC tests in the past two weeks in Rhode Island, Washington D.C. and Denver to know the government is very concerned. Additionally, there is the published list of 120 likely targeted cities in the U.S. for possible NBC attacks. Generally speaking, if you live in a larger metropolitan city, consider yours on the list. Last,  Clinton had openly and repeatedly warned of a coming NBC terrorist attack. It is anticipated and expected. As we wrote back in our 1997 Building Community newsletters regarding the massive problems predicted for El Nino, when FEMA or any government agency warns of a problem, you can bet we either already have it or it's on our doorstep.

If it is indeed a case of mass inoculation, then you might ask why doesn't the government just come out with their spraying plans. Here are some possible explanations. 1. Liability. People have died as a result of these sprayings. 2. It formally tells potential terrorist attackers we're preparing for a specific disease and they might alter their plans to use a different pathogen. 3. Avoid mass panic. 4. Avoid lawsuits over huge civil rights infringements. Whoever agreed to be sprayed?

Here is a point to ponder before becoming enraged at unauthorized, involuntary sprayings. Put yourself in the government's seat. If you were faced with an imminent NBC attack, how would you best protect 275 million citizens of America, 19 million Australians, 31+ million Canadians, 100+ million Mexicans, nearly 4 million New Zealanders and 60 million residents in the United Kingdom? The task would be overwhelming and underscores the need for a method that can be done quickly and cost-effectively. Hence, massive aerosol inoculation. We're not saying this was the proper way to go about it, but it was probably the best all-around solution in the government's eyes. We'd hate to be in their shoes making this decision.

OUR CONCLUSIONS

If someone were to really press us and asked, "OK, what do YOU think is the reason for the chemtrail sprayings, we would list them in this order from most to least likely: mass vaccination; some weather modification and/or control; and last, depopulation goals. However, there are many varying viewpoints.     Planet Earth and its inhabitants, as the prizes in this latest and final battleground of the Galactic war, are crown jewels to the victor, not only because of the position this planet holds on the outlying edge of the galaxy, but as is explained further in my upcoming book, because it is a microcosm of the galaxy. Much like the United States is on planet Earth -  Earth itself is a melting pot of so many different alien races, that it's conquest represents a conquest of all the home planets as well.

    The key to this penultimate battle is the coming ascension of planet Earth back into the fifth dimension, and the choice its people to either stay here in this dimension, or to go with it. The chemtrails fulfill that part of the Hopi prophecy spoken of about the Day of Purification when cobwebs would be spun in the skies.

    But what you do if you were already in control of this planet? What would you do if you had already spent inordinate amounts of time and energy making it into the most sophisticated prison camp in the Universe-so much so that most of the inhabitants didn't even know they were prisoners? What lengths would you go to in order to prevent them from pulling off the Great Escape by beaming themselves and the whole camp up and out of your self-governing enclosure?

    Two things would become necessary for you to do.
1.close or control the doorways or portals in and out of your camp (the always crucial 'head 'em off at the pass' in Earth wars); and
2.keep the prisoners - preoccupied with their health and the day-to-day grind,
genetically incapable of making the jump into hyper-space.

Voila! --the chemtrails.

The ultimate purpose of the chemtrails can be seen in the most ubiquitous of symbols seen everywhere in the trails left behind over so many cities-the X. As one researcher discovered while researching the source of the X rune (Gebo) in the original Teutonic texts, it literally means a gift, or offering--the symbolic meaning being "sacrifice of the lower for the higher." Certainly that is a
familiar theme in the ways of the Illuminati here on planet Earth. All the true knowledge of Creation is withheld from us, the lower, and our lives and very existence here on the planet are sacrificed in service to those who deem themselves the higher and therefore more worthy to retain this cosmic
wisdom.

The first part of the New World Order's solution concerning the blockage of the portals into and out of the planet is dealt with in my upcoming book (available soon through my website). This blockage is being done from both inside the planet's atmosphere (at ground level), and also from outside the atmosphere through the many "secret missions" carried out over the past decades of "space
exploration" by NASA and by the space shuttle, as well as many other earth-based space programs.

Part A of the second aspect of the solution has to do, obviously, with keeping the economy insecure. This involves taxing the people so heavily as to keep the power out of their hands and with little or no money left even to stay alive. If this means inflating the stock market and the economy, or plunging us all into a "recession" or a depression as they have done before, then so be it. The evidence of these things is all around us if we simply choose to open our eyes. The whole idea behind the old "company store" was to keep the workers alive and working, reaping a windfall for the company, while growing further and further into debt by buying necessities at inflated prices through the company store. The workers then became hopelessly reliant on the "social security" of their benefactors, using their own free will to sell themselves into a lifetime of
self-imposed servitude.

Not only are food supplies and housing now the most expensive commodities available, but we even have to buy such things as water and even air to remain even somewhat healthy and alive. The medical system is a crushing blow to freedom as it is now not only responsible for as many deaths as for the lives it saves-but it has also been positioned to bleed the economy dry of all its
resources through high-priced sugar pills and drugs which cause more problems than they cure in the hands of ill-trained practitioners. All this, while never once dealing with what is really killing the people---fear and emotional stagnation.

Part B of this scenario is to keep the people unhealthy, all the while genetically altering them enough so that they cannot even conceive of making the proposed jump back into hyperspace along with the struggling planet. The process of doing this began a long long time ago with the infamous Annunaki race of aliens featured so prominently in Sumerian and Babylonian history and
the work of Zecharia Sitchin. These beings were responsible for originally stripping us of our 12-strand DNA in order to make of us a slave race. By doing this, the also stripped us of our God-given connection to our Higher Selves, that part of ourselves which is truly interdimensional and in touch with its Creator.

By manipulating both the portals to the planet and the personal portals in our own DNA, the New World Order and its controllers hope to keep both us and the planet trapped here in the third dimension indefinitely for their own personal uses. This has already created a problem in that so many of those who have been passing on over this period of time have been reincarnating back
onto the planet instead of going on to other places and other lessons, simply because they have been trapped here by the dense physicality created on this planet, and by their attachments to worldly things and their inability to reconnect with their Higher Selves.

As more and more children and adults become re-attuned to their original 12-strand DNA status with the increase in the planet's frequency, and as the date for planetary ascension draws ever nearer, the urgency to control this re-connection to our original selves has become an urgent and necessary part of the New World Order's agenda.

In a recent article by Patricia Resch circulated on the web, Dr Berrenda Fox provides her insights into these cellular and DNA changes. Dr Fox is the holistic practitioner of the Avalon Wellness Center in Mt Shasta, California. She has proven through her own work and blood testing that some people have actually developed these new strands of DNA.

    "We are making an evolutionary change, yet we don't know what we are changing into," says Fox. "Everyone has one double helix of DNA. What we are finding is that there are other helixes that are being formed. In the double helix there are two strands of DNA coiled into a spiral. It is my understanding that we will be developing twelve helixes. During this time, which seems to have started maybe 5 to 20 years ago, we have been mutating. This is the scientific explanation . . . "

What Fox is referring to is that the planet is already passing through the fourth dimension of vibration as of about 1982, headed for a quantum leap into the fifth level in about 2012-2013, the famed end of the Mayan Calendar. Hence we have the increase in UFO sightings (dimensional phenomena), and also in people's telepathic and intuitive abilities.

    "The changes are not known publicly, because the scientific community feels it would frighten the population," says Fox. "However, people are changing at the cellular level. I am working with three children right now who have three DNA helixes."

Fox suggests that most people know and feel this already, and that many religions have talked about the change and know it will come about in different ways. "We know it is a positive mutation even though physically, mentally, and emotionally it can be misunderstood and frightening . . . You would almost think by knowing these children that they are half angelic or superhuman, but they're
not. I think they are what we are growing into during the next few decades."

Our immune and endocrine systems are the most evident of these changes, say Fox, and that is the reason she says she works with research into immunological testing and therapy. It is also one of the chief reasons why the chemtrails and other NWO practices target our immune systems and endocrine systems so heavily.

    "Some adults that I have tested actually do have another DNA helix forming. Some are even getting their third. These people are going through a lot of major shifts in their consciousness and physical bodies, because it is all one. In my opinion, the Earth and everyone here is raising its vibration. Many of the children born recently have bodies that are magnetically lighter. Those of us that are older and choose to change have to go through many physical changes."

Fox suggests that the easiest way to mutate our DNA is through a virus. DNA viruses like Epstein Barr and the Herpes #6 change cellular structure. This fact, as we shall see, has obviously not gone unnoticed by the New World Order.

"Most people who go through this process and come out the other side," says Fox, "have a new profession, a new way of thinking, or at least a starting of a new way of life. Even though they may feel really sick, tired, or hopeless at times, it can be a gift."

As I understand it," she adds, "we have until about 2012 to complete this process."

The DNA and other body changes are also spoken of in an article titled 'The Bigger Picture' by Susanna Thorpe-Clark:

    "We are being changed physically from carbon-based beings with 2 strands of DNA into crystalline beings with 1,024 strands of DNA (eventually), because only crystalline substances can exist on higher dimensional levels.

    "This new state of being requires therefore that we physically, mentally and emotionally let go of 3rd dimensional concepts. Just as in death, the letting go is a major part of the change process, for one cannot take the old values and way of being into a new completely different afterlife. So the progression through changes compels us to let go of current relationships, jobs, careers, homes, possessions, and so on, if they are unable to support our new way of being . . .

    "Is it any wonder therefore, that there is a great deal of anxiety and fear being felt because these changes are already in progress, even though most people are not conscious of it . .
    .

    "These changes are not necessarily being experienced by everyone concurrently. A very small percentage of adults have already completed the entire change into crystalline form and now embody 1,024 strands of DNA . . . Some people are only just starting to move through these changes, and many others have yet to start. This process of change is known as the Awakening, or as the Ascension process, or known as achieving the Merkabah, or light body.

    "We need to transcend our fears and learn about love, real love, which has to start with the self. Because, until we can love and trust ourselves, we cannot truly love or trust anything or anybody else."

How does all this relate to the chemtrails and to the New World Order? The original three major theories explaining the chemtrail phenomenon i.e., weather modification, mass inoculation, and population control, have all been pretty much discounted by researchers as pointed out in Stan and Holly Deyo's May 31st newsletter. None of these theories adequately explains the range of data
gathered.

Furthermore, spraying is occurring worldwide, thus it has to be run by a multinational alliance of some kind, the likes of which can only put it into the class of that monolith known simply as the New World Order. The secrecy of the chemtrail phenomenon also puts it into the domain of black budget projects and shadow government operations in terms of the US, or even for any other
government for that matter.

Right now, people are still recovering from chemtrail induced sicknesses. Since chemtrail related deaths have been extremely low, the possibility of chemtrails containing only one single agent is very low.

Double agent spraying is more likely. One somewhat benign agent is applied now, and its combination with an activator in the future would turn it lethal or at least trigger the desired results. The activator can then be another biological or chemical substance which triggers this new reaction in tandem with the first agent.

To see how the chemtrails are manipulating both out health and our genetic makeup, we have to take a look at the contents of samples taken after chemtrail spraying. These ingredients have been obtained from the many analyses performed upon chemtrail residue samples and listed on the web:

 1.Pseudomonas aeruginosa - A common hardy bacteria that can be found in dirt. This could suggest possible contamination of chemtrail ground samples but also perhaps not considering that it is commonly genetically engineered by companies as PathoGenesis for various purposes. The natural strains have been found to contaminate hospitals and drinking water. When inhaled into immunosuppressed lungs such as those of victims with cystic fibrosis, it
forms slime clusters called biofilms which are virtual bunkers against immune system defenses and antibiotics. It can transfer horizontally, meaning between species, genetic information to the host via transduction and conjugation. Conjugation involves the bacteria injecting a genetic package called a plasmid via a 'handshake' into a host cell, which receives it and in effect makes it a part of its own DNA. Transduction is similar, but instead of the bacteria sending a plasmid into the host, it sends bacteriophages (viruses) that contain some of the
original bacteria's DNA and implants it within the host's DNA. This allows for genetic manipulation to occur.

 2.Aerosol Barium salts such as were used in Libya, Panama and Desert Storm where they were sprayed and exploded overhead to make the people extremely sick and weak. It 's a radioactive material that accelerates and magnifies the effects of other mix ingredients by altering the chemical structure of the other agents. A spectrum analysis reveals only the barium compounds and hides the "bad stuff" by placing a shell around it. After time, it releases the other agent. Think of it as a time release death pill

 3.Ethylene dibromide (dibromethane) - Banned in 1984 by the EPA, EDB (C2H4Br2) is a carcinogenic fuel additive and insecticide with a chloroform-like odor. It is claimed to be similar to silver iodide, which was once used for cloud seeding and weather modification purposes.  When absorbed, EDB causes central nervous system depression and pulmonary edema, which is fluid accumulation in the lungs. Symptoms of pulmonary edema include shortness of
breath, anxiety, wheezing, and coughing. It is extremely irritant to mucous membranes and to the respiratory tract. These are all symptoms associated with the "chemtrail cough," and with the growing lethargy noticed in populated areas both here and around the world where spraying is taking place. If anything, EDB serves partly as a condensation nuclei around which water vapor in the atmosphere can condense, making thick chemtrails visible for satellite tracking.

 4.Pseudomonas fluorescens - another strain of the Pseudomonas variety found most often in soil and on plants. On plants, it produces antibiotics which shield the plant from fungal and bacterial infections. Most likely a contaminant in the analysis.

 5.Enterobacteriaceae - Includes E.coli and salmonella which are culprits in cases of food poisoning. Most interesting of the Enterobacteriaceae family is the Klebsiella genus, whose species is responsible for pneumonia infections (enough said).

 6.Serratia marcescens - a dangerous pathogen that can cause pneumonia. One link from the Canadian Intelligence Security Service formation on the San Francisco 1950 biological testing reports that "One of the biggest experiments by the government involved the use of Serratia marcescens being sprayed over San Francisco. This organism is especially nice because it produces a red/pink pigment when grown on certain media, which makes identification very easy. At one point, 5000 particles/minute were sprayed from the coastal areas inward. During this time, 1 man died (in hospital) and 10 others became infected in what
was described as "a mystery to doctors." Although the military claimed it never did many follow up studies on these tests, one result was that it showed nearly every single person became infected with the test organism. In hindsight, now that some of this information has become declassified, it's been shown that during periods following spraying tests, there were 5-10 times the normal infections reported."

    Although attributed to the military and government sources, similar experiments were revealed to have also been performed by the Australian government on its people using various bacteriological agents, a country known for its extremely high rate of asthma and chronic lung problems. This advance testing was obviously an early phase for the NWO's "final solution.

 7.Streptomyces - "Streptomycetes are used to produce the majority of antibiotics applied in human and veterinary medicine and agriculture, as well as anti-parasitic agents, herbicides, pharmacologically active metabolites (e.g. immuno-suppressants)"

 8.A restriction enzyme used in research labs to snip and combine DNA -- such an enzyme cleaves open DNA and allows desired segments to be inserted before recombining.

 9.Other bacteria and toxic molds capable of producing heart disease, encephalitis, and meningitis--of which there are renewed outbreaks, especially in heavily sprayed cities such as Houston--as well as acute upper respiratory and gastrointestinal distress.

    It is known that within three days of a particular heavy spraying, outbreaks of respiratory illnesses occur in the exposed population. Some develop pneumonia, others colds, flu-like symptoms, and depressed immune functions. Instances of meningitis and encephalitis have also increased in correlation with sprayings.

Note that no viruses are listed above. This is because viruses are difficult to detect in the laboratory, much less identify. However, most of the resulting illnesses do not respond to antibiotics, suggesting their causes are indeed viral. Such viruses are most likely retroviruses such as the adenovirus for use in the genetic manipulation.

Chemtrails now appear worldwide, though it has been claimed that none have been sighted in China. The Chinese influence on the Clinton presidency has been well established, not to mention the increasing dependence so many countries now have on China for both their manufactured goods and as a source of cheap labor. U.S. military and scientific technology has been freely given to China under much protest in spite of its aggressive stance towards this country. The New World Order seems to have made China into a new power base for capitalism since the death of its infamous Communist leader, Mao Tse Tung.

Although chemtrails in foreign countries may be due to planes originating from the US, or from US military bases in those countries, the heaviness of spraying there suggests that foreign governments and commercial agencies are also heavily involved.

An answering machine tape recently given to chemtrails researcher Will Thomas's Lifeboat News Service includes a message allegedly from the Victoria, British Columbia, Airport Authority's Manager for Airport Planning and Environment to city resident Mark Porter, who had inquired about unusual contrail formations being seen in the sky over the city. It seems to confirm that
controversial "chemtrails" are being spread over that city as a joint U.S.-Canadian military operation.

Another researcher in a bedroom community of Portland, OR, a city which is sprayed often, relates that chemical tankers have been photographed on the ground at the Oregon National Guard base adjacent to the Portland International Airport just a few miles from his home.

Considering the frequency and density of coverage of the chemtrails, the urgency of the NWO's agenda to head off the ascension process is self-evident. The project has risked discovery by employing commercial airlines to help with the spraying, and such a risk can only be justified if the
project itself were in the nature of an emergency. They have also risked their secrecy by spraying during the day (especially on weekends) to affect as many people as possible, when all below can plainly see these contrails are anything but.

The altering of one's DNA via incorporation of foreign DNA from bacteria and viruses is the key to the genetic manipulation of our beings in order to stop the ascension process from going on within our bodies. This process is suggested in a Leading Edge article, quoted as follows (the italicized emphasis is mine):

    "One of the indications that vaccinations may in fact be changing the genetic structure of humans became evident in September of 1971, when scientists at the University of Geneva made the discovery that biological substances entering directly into the bloodstream could become part of human genetic structure.

    "In an experiment in Geneva, scientists extracted the auricles of frog hearts and dipped them for several hours in a suspension of bacteria. Afterward, they found a high percentage of RNA-DNA hybridization between bacterial DNA extracted from bacteria of the same species as that used in the experiment and titrated DNA extracted from the auricles which had been dipped in the bacterial suspension. Bacterial DNA had been absorbed by the animal cells. This phenomenon has been dubbed transcession. There is evidence that this kind of phenomenon is happening all the time within the human body. It is conceivable, for example, that heart damage following rheumatic fever could be the result
of the immune system reacting to its own cells producing a foreign RNA complex after absorption of foreign DNA." (see link)

For those interested in the transcession capability of vaccines, consider this quote about gene therapy:  "Yet another technique is to simply inject naked DNA. This approach wouldn't work well as direct injection into the bloodstream because the body's DNA degrading enzymes would quickly digest it. But some experiments have shown that when naked DNA is injected directly into muscle tissue [as in a vaccine injection], say, the cells start producing whatever proteins the DNA codes for."

In other words, transcession is the process whereby bacterial DNA becomes part of a host cell's DNA. The term transcession is more commonly known as transduction, or conjugation, more generally termed horizontal gene transfer. Horizontal means between species, as opposed to vertical which is from parent to offspring.

This is one way gene therapy seeks to correct genetic diseases, but it can also obviously be used to create genetic mutations of a different kind.

Here's another excerpt from an article confirming the use of viruses in gene therapy: "To turn viruses into gene ferries, scientists have developed ways of stripping the genes out of a virus and substituting copies of the genes they want to transfer into cells. The virus is then mixed with cells taken out of the body that are then returned. Or they can be injected directly into the body itself, homing in on the cells of interest. Retroviruses, which insert their genetic code directly into the chromosomes of the host cell, have been used a lot because of their ability to break into chromosomes and insert the DNA. Other viruses are now also being used. One of the big drawbacks of viruses is that the immune system
can't tell the difference between bad viruses and those that carry a beneficial gene. So, many of the viruses are rapidly wiped out [that is, of course, unless the immune system is weakened by other chemical/biological agents such that these viruses survive long enough to transduce their DNA into the host]."

The article which first got me interested in this whole field was one I found in a newspaper about viruses being found in the tails of comets passing through space. The theory was that this might be how "life" and diseases could be spread from one planet to another, like in some weird science fiction movie such as Day of the Triffids or Invasion of the Body Snatchers. To exist in such an environment as space, however, viruses would not be considered a life form as such. Viruses tend to travel through the nervous system, and are more like a parasite, living off its biological host-a true alien invasion indeed, energy vampires, much like those creatures portrayed in the recent hit movie, The Matrix, for the nervous system is in fact the electromagnetic system of the body.

Non-invasive methods of gene therapy are already well established. A team at the Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia accomplished just that using an oral method of gene therapy. Even madsci.org has something to say about these non-invasive methods: "Gene therapy is one of the most interesting and valuable techniques to come out of the field of genetic engineering. The
adenovirus used to deliver the CF gene to human cells for gene therapy is known as a vector. Since most cells normally will not take in or absorb DNA, we need a delivery system to get the gene into the cell. Adenovirus is a good vector since it can infect cells in vivo, or while they're in the body, which means that the gene can be delivered through an inhaler (instead of having to
manipulate the cells in vitro, or in the laboratory, then return the cells to the body). To use the adenovirus as a vector, it's genome was first altered by removing all the virus DNA except for the minimum necessary for the virus to live and infect the cells. Genetically engineered viral vectors like this are harmless and usually can't live outside of the laboratory.

    "But some virus vectors are not without drawbacks: All viral approaches suffer from the drawback of introducing unwanted viral genetic information into the recipient host. Retroviral vectors and adenoviruses have additional disadvantages. Retroviruses are only suitable for delivery of DNA to replicating cells, and present a risk of reversion to replication competent infective particles, whilst DNA expression using adenovirus delivery systems tends to be short lived [thus the need for the repeated chemtrail sprayings over the past two years in the same geographic areas and the use of a host of vectors to ensure success if one fails]."

    "A novel vector with potential for use in gene therapy has been developed by Professor Beverly Griffin and colleagues in the Department of Infectious Diseases at the Hammersmith Hospital Campus of Imperial College. Her team has shown that pseudocapsids of the mouse polyoma virus, consisting solely of the VP1 protein, can be used to transfer DNA into mammalian cells in vivo, to give expression at clinically-relevant levels over a period of weeks." This work and its subsequent implications suggests a reason for the dramatically increased investment by governments and industry alike over the past few decades into research at educational institutions of higher learning --now part
of the expanded military-industrial-education complex. It also should make us all stop and remember the Hanta virus carried by the deer mice of the Four Corners region of the United States and its subsequent deadly effects over the past decade.

    "Polyoma virus has a very broad host range which means that the pseudocapsids will be taken up by essentially any human or other mammalian cell. Development and selection of mutant VP1 proteins, together with engineered specific labels may enable cell-specific targeting for in vivo applications. Pseudocapsids completely free of viral genetic material
can be produced easily and economically."

In other words, the technology already exists for allowing virus vectors to effectively alter the DNA of a host's cell. This is not science fiction. One company among many, AEA Technology, is presently researching and selling aerosol products for use in gene therapy.

From the evidence available then, adenovirus vectors are the most likely culprits in chemtrail-related sicknesses, and in summary, both bacteria and viruses are capable of incorporating some of their own genetic information into the cells of a host. Bacteria do it via transduction and conjugation, and viruses via direct infection of a cell.

Conceivably then, one could become infected with either such a bacteria or virus and would feel sick as a consequence. Meanwhile, the bacteria or virus goes to work altering one's cellular DNA slowly, before later being wiped out by the body's immune system. After the illness is eliminated, the altered cells remain and continue to reproduce. Sometimes it becomes malignantly cancerous if the gene transfer is crude and faulty (as in vaccinations), and other times the changes are so subtle the body continues to operate as previously, or so the victim thinks (as in chemtrail exposure).

The easiest way to mutate our DNA is through a virus [in this case, the easiest way to un-mutate DNA or suppress it from mutating is also a virus. The chemtrails then are ultimately attacking our cellular DNA-it's only possible explanation to head of the pending ascension process to keep us as

Mutation and its implications are therefore most relevant in explaining chemtrails. The X-Men movie is a good analogy for what is happening here on planet Earth at this very time.

It has also been confirmed that DNA's crystalline helical structure makes it very sensitive to low strength but specific magnetic frequencies and wave shapes. Depending on the field strength and Fourier components, the effects can vary from rejuvenation to cancer, with one possible effect being the unlocking or suppression of junk DNA. Since some of the "new" strands of DNA are
actually electromagnetic or multi-dimensional in nature, DNA is also sensitive to not just earthly electromagnetic fields, but it also responds to the body's soul-nature. Soul nature is the vibrational etheric/astral composition or signature of a particular soul. Genetic structure and soul-nature are intimately coupled; a change in one can lead to a delayed change in the other.

Manipulation or control of our earthly behavior can simply be garnered by the use of low-watt microwave transmissions, the effects to the cerebellum of the human brain when it is within three feet of such a device are devastating to the organ. FM, AM, and the microwave GWEN towers can all be used to manipulate or to control the unruly masses in this way.

The author of some of this included material (the full text of which can be found at: http://www.angelfire.com/mt/montalk/chemtrails.html) gives as his conclusion the following:
"Humanity is evolving, emerging from the past millennia of abysmal darkness and oppression. The power structure, knowing its reign is about to end, has worked tirelessly in a last ditch effort to keep us suppressed. Chemtrails are but one small weapon they are employing to accomplish this." A very true statement. His suggestion that " their ultimate goal is a New World Order, global
totalitarianism and a reinstatement of their absolute power" and that "the NWO will fail if citizens become genetically empowered to wake up and fight with superhuman powers against tyranny" and that "this is already occurring, and the chemtrails are ultimately ineffectual at preventing the inevitable" is highly debatable, however. It is even incorrect in terms of what is truly going on. It is
fairly obvious to anyone who tries to talk to the "man in the street" that firstly, they haven't noticed this problem; secondly, that if they have noticed it they simply don't seem to care about it; and thirdly, that if they have seen them and do seem to care, then they certainly do not feel they have any power to do anything about them, and so must just suffer.

As I've said in previous articles, despite what you read anywhere else, the general consciousness of planet Earth has decided NOT to go on with the ascension process -whether this be through coercion or through their own free will, does not really matter. There is now only the choice left to
the individual whether he or she wants to take that next step for themselves, into a higher dimensional state.

Two 'anonymous' emails sent to http://www.detailshere.com/www.SurfingtheApocalypse.com seemed to come from someone in the know on the subject of chemtrails. These e-mails talk about the "culling" of the population. This is a word I, too, have been given in guidance as another aspect of the chemtrails. It is also a word used in these e-mails as being attributed to a four-star Admiral in the Office of Naval Intelligence.

One of these e-mails has been titled 'The Great Dying -- The Real Reason Behind Chemtrails.' It speaks of the overall scope and agenda behind Chemtrails (Operation Clover Leaf, Operation Red Sky, Operation Rain Dance being the code names for these operations), and harkens back to
what it calls the beginnings "way back in the late 1950s" with fluoridation, aspartame, and illegal street narcotics." It also speaks of the fact that the agenda is "at the 80% completion point in these CT operations" (when the e-mails were written) with the final completion date to be "by March of
2001."

The e-mails list as the main and ancillary operational objectives of Chemtrails of Operation Red Sky to be: "Phase One main objective: Creative cleavages in spatial perceptions. Creating blockage in the brain of the interaction of various amino acids that relate to higher consciousness and the increase of dopamine in the brain producing a listless, euphoric state of lower, reactive mind. (Thereby trapping us in the third dimension-the choice of the lower plane energy as talked
about in my previous article on Choice.)

To understand this objective necessitates an understanding of the human Soul, the spiritual Self and the connection between the two as related to the endocrine system functioning within each human host, and remembering what Dr. Fox said about our immune and endocrine systems showing the most evidence of these changes-these seeming to be the most important targets of the chemtrail's ingredients.

The endocrine system is the group of specialized organs and body tissues that produce, store, and secrete chemical substances known as hormones. As the body's chemical messengers, hormones transfer information and instructions from one set of cells to another. Because of the hormones they produce, endocrine organs have a great deal of influence over the body. Among
their many jobs are regulating the body's growth and development, controlling the function of various tissues, supporting pregnancy and other reproductive functions, and regulating metabolism. Endocrine organs are sometimes called ductless glands because they have no ducts connecting them to specific body parts. The hormones they secrete are released directly into the bloodstream.

The primary glands comprising the endocrine system are the hypothalamus, pituitary, thyroid, parathyroid, adrenal, pineal body, and reproductive glands-the ovary and testis. The pancreas, an organ often associated with the digestive system, is also considered part of the endocrine system.

The hypothalamus, found deep within the brain, directly controls the pituitary gland (also known to be the source of psychic vision or what spiritualists call "the third eye," that which sees inter-dimensionally). It is sometimes described as the coordinator of the endocrine system. When information reaching the brain indicates that changes are needed somewhere in the body, nerve
cells in the hypothalamus secrete body chemicals that either stimulate or suppress hormone secretions from the pituitary gland. Acting as liaison between the brain and the pituitary gland, the hypothalamus is the primary link between the endocrine and nervous systems (remembering that viruses commonly travel through the nervous system). If changes are to take place in the body, then this system is also the guardian over those changes as well as being the director of them. To genetically manipulate mankind through the ingredients in the chemtrails, one must first suppress the endocrine system, and second, the natural defenses of the immune system-the two most directly targeted areas of chemtrail spraying.

The e-mails go on to say that the goals of the chemtrails are to make "the overall "frequency" of each of their charges (human beings in each country) to function at a specific rate below the threshold of awareness. The study of brain-wave, Remote Viewing techniques, and other related research holds the key to this. As we know, a physical brain functioning at 12 to 14 cycles per
second is agitated and cannot, therefore, become perceptive of any cycle not within the same frequency, especially if that BRAIN IS ARTIFICIALLY stabilized to that frequency. How can one perceive love, when the brain can only register impatience, anger, etc?"

FEAR is a key factor here, and it is through fear that we open ourselves up to control. Fear is the frequency which registers most with our fourth and fifth dimensional manipulators, and allows our auras, our protective shields, to be breached, leaving us open to their Light-sucking, energy-sucking control.

The e-mails also say that "the immune system of the host must be depleted. This relates to control, simply put. If the slightest breeze makes you dizzy, what kind of defense can you be expected to put up if you can't lift your arms above your head without getting a headache? . . . This is the main reason for much of the desiccated red blood cells found in chemtrails: biowarfare. This also allows
the parasite to latch onto the human host with little resistance from the organism so attached."

The third and last objective the e-mails point out are that the NWO needs our agreement. David Icke stresses this point in his work as well. The e-mails continue:

    "This last statement is by far the MOST CRUCIAL STAGE of all. It isn't enough to make us slaves, we MUST WANT TO BECOME SLAVES. Food scarcity, low wages, false idealism as propagated via network commercials, all create a state of low-level dependency to a state system, but it is not enough. To win . . . (they) need our permission to do what they will to us (Universal Law). The system of this biosphere has one final gate that only each of us can open or close and it is, in fact, free will . . ."

How and when will they do this? According to the e-mails "a fake alien invasion" or a biowarfare incident on a major U.S., European or Australian city could be used to trigger us to give up our free  will in return for the safety and protection of a seemingly benevolent but in the end dictatorial force. With regard to this, be careful of 'announced disclosures' from seemingly reputable alien-seeking
organizations. The control goes deeper than you suspect, and these organizations are needed to feed this supposed threat. As any good researcher or experiencer can tell you, they are already here-in more ways than you know.

Preserve your free will. Make a choice for ascension rather than remaining. Utilize love in all your actions rather than dwelling in fear. Be an observer rather than a victim. And trust that there are THOSE who care about what is going on here, and will take care of things as long as you do your part.

It has long been a practice in your mental hospitals to give everyone heavy sedations as a way of controling them. You are doing this with your young people by giving the Ritalin instead of answering and addressing their legitimate concerns, you are in fact sitting on them. In direct violation of U.S. Code 10, the (United States) Government is

conducting Bio-Chemical warfare on it's own citizens. Since app.

Sept. of 1997, a constant stream of CIA, NSA, Army, Air Force, Navy, Delta,

United and possibly other aircraft have been "spraying" the American public

with a deadly chemical mix consisting of, among other things, EBD (a

pesticide banned by the EPA in 1983), JP-8 and several other chemicals, all

detailed in the attached documents. Also included are pictures of various

aircraft spraying this deadly chemical mix, including a Navy (aircraft), a

copy of the patent granted several Scientist's for this process and copies

of letters from Jet mechanics who have observed the systems installed on

various aircraft being used to conduct this spraying effort. The cowards and

traitors at the EPA, and of course in Congress, do nothing to stop this.

We, the people shall now have to to just that. Perhaps you do not mind being

sprayed with deadly and divisive chemicals that are destroying the health of

both you and your family, killing livestock, foliage and so on, but I for

one, do. The reason for this is actually quite simple - according to UN

dictates (and therefore dictates of the Illumnati families, the

Bildeberger's, the CFR the Tri-Lateral Commission) drastic population

Chemtrails: Suppressing Human Evolution

The author has monitored the chemtrail situation for the past year and a

half, but refrained from writing an article about it

until adequate data had been gathered to formulate a viable theory that was

both original and more explanatory than any other

out there.

This theory was wrought both by contradiction and by positive proof. In

other words, it exists because other explanations do

not hold water. The impossible is eliminated, and what is left over, no

matter how improbable, must be close to the truth. In

this article, sample references will be given as positive proof, and the

contradictory evidence shall be summarized below. Note

that the sample references are merely samples, and not which this article's

validity hinges upon.

Three Faulty Theories Seeking to Explain Chemtrails

Chemtrails are unusually persistent airplane contrails with impacts upon

weather and the health of those exposed to chemtrail

fallout. They have been sighted in many countries and during all hours of

the day and night, though chemtrail spraying usually

begins early in the morning and slows in the evening. Air crafts involved in

this phenomenon are commercial and military planes, the latter identifiable

by traveling in areas and directions otherwise restricted for commercial

flights.

As pointed out in Stan and Holly Deyo's May 31'st Newsletter, there are

three major theories concerning an explanation of the

chemtrail phenomenon:

1) weather modification

2) mass inoculation

3) population control

These theories do not adequately explain the range of data gathered.

Weather Modification

The weather modification theory arises from two clues, first that increasing

cloudiness and precipitation sometimes occurs after a day of spraying, and

second that EDB (ethylene dibromide or dibromethane) has been found in

chemtrail fallout. Ethylene

dibromide has similar effects on cloud formation as silver iodide, a

chemical normally used in cloud seeding.

But this theory does not explain the presence of genetically engineered

viruses and bacteria in chemtrail residue, or the

resulting epidemic of flu-like symptoms. If anything, EDB serves partly as a

condensation nuclei around which water vapor in the atmosphere can condense,

making thick chemtrails visible for satellite tracking.

Mass Inoculation

The mass inoculation theory is more viable, as aerosol dispersion of

vaccines is certainly possible as mentioned in a previous

post. The government has put effort into vaccinating its military forces

against anthrax. Supposedly, chemtrails are an attempt to vaccinate the

entire population against anthrax.

But why would anthrax be the only agent, if not the major one, used in such

an attack? There are others just as effective and

easily dispersible. And with all the exposure of our bioterrorism efforts to

protect against anthrax, what terrorist group would be dumb enough to choose

something military forces, and possibly with chemtrails the entire

population, are already vaccinated against?

The government is suspiciously certain that anthrax will be the method of

choice, implying factions within, and not domestic or

foreign terrorists, will be the initiators of such an attack. Furthermore,

spraying is occurring worldwide. Foreign governments

are putting money and risk into spraying their respective populations. Since

America would be the target of any such attack, spraying the rest of the

world is a waste of money and time. Fact is, biological attacks are too

localized an event to

account for global spraying.

The secrecy of the chemtrail phenomenon puts it into the domain of black

budget projects and shadow government operations. It is unwise to claim that

the shadow government (the same one responsible for the Gulf War Syndrome

cover-up, dangerous

biological testing upon unsuspecting American citizens, avocation of

fluoride in public water supplies, forceful suppression of

alternative medicinal and technological inventions, electronic harassment of

dissenters, and murder of whistle blowers) is

spraying Joe Schmoe in Oklahoma just so that he can live and contribute to

the overpopulation problem.

Overpopulation

Which brings us to the point of overpopulation. If the world's population is

indeed to be reduced as drastically as demanded by the World Health

Organization and the World Wildlife Fund among many, people need to die, not

just stop reproducing. Supposedly, chemtrails are an effort to accomplish

this.

Single agent spraying, whereby what's being applied now to the population

will eventually kill them, is unlikely. Right now,

people are recovering from chemtrail induced sickness. If single agent

spraying was indeed the method, more people would be dead by now. And even

with an agent possessing delayed lethality, the variability in immune

responses among affected persons would result in some dying prematurely.

Since chemtrail related deaths have been extremely low, the possibility of

chemtrails containing delayed single agents is equally low.

Double agent spraying is another possibility. One benign agent is applied

now, and its combination with an activator in the future would turn it

lethal. The activator can be anything from another biological or chemical

substances to electromagnetic fields such as those potentially generated by

HAARP. The electromagnetic method is pure speculation and thus considered

unlikely.

Applying the activator agent would result only in the deaths of those

affected by the benign agent. This is a lot of work,

hassle, and risk compared to just applying a single agent at that time and

skipping ever having to deal with a benign agent. Why do double agent

spraying and take the risk with visible chemtrails and whistle blowers now,

when you can keep everything clandestine until that final day when you apply

a lethal single application?

Double agent spraying is obviously not the method employed. Since single

agent spraying has been discounted above, the "population control" theory

does not hold.

With these major chemtrail theories discounted, a new theory is required to

fit the data.

There are three pieces, chemtrails, gene therapy, and mass human mutation,

that when put together, give rise to the following

theory. So, let's take a look at the pieces of the puzzle in detail.

Piece 1: The Chemtrails

From the many analyses performed upon chemtrail residue samples and listed

on the web, the following substances have been

gathered and listed here (as mentioned in such sources as:

1) ethylene dibromide (dibromethane) - Banned in 1984 by the EPA, EDB

(C2H4Br2) is a carcinogenic fuel additive and insecticide with a

chloroform-like odor. It is claimed similar to silver iodide, which was

once used for cloud seeding and weather modification purposes. When

absorbed, EDB causes central nervous system depression and pulmonary edema,

which is fluid accumulation in the lungs. Symptoms of pulmonary edema

include shortness of breath, anxiety, wheezing, and coughing. It is

extremely irritant to mucous membranes and the respiratory tract.

2) Pseudomonas aeruginosa - A common hardy bacteria that can be found in

dirt (suggesting possible contamination of chemtrail ground samples) but

commonly genetically engineered by companies as PathoGenesis for various

purposes. The natural strains have been found to contaminate hospitals and

drinking water. When inhaled into immunosuppressed lungs such as those of

victims with cystic fibrosis, forms slime clusters called biofilms which are

virtual bunkers against immune system defenses and antibiotics. It can

transfer horizontally, meaning between species, genetic information to the

host via transduction and conjugation. Conjugation involves the bacteria

injecting a genetic package called a plasmid via a 'handshake' into a host

cell, which receives it and in effect makes it a part of its own DNA.

Transduction is similar, but instead of the bacteria sending a plasmid into

the host, it sends bacteriophages (viruses) that contain some of the

original bacteria's DNA and implants it

within the host's DNA.

3) Pseudomonas fluorescens - another strain of the Pseudomonas variety found

most often in soil and on plants. On plants, it

produces antibiotics which shield the plant from fungal and bacterial

infections. Most likely a contaminant in the analysis.

4) Enterobacteriaceae - Includes E.coli and salmonella which are culprits in

cases of food poisoning. Most interesting of the

Enterobacteriaceae family is the Klebsiella genus, whose species is

responsible for pneumonia infections.

5) Serratia marcescens - a dangerous pathogen that can cause pneumonia.

This link reports that "One of the biggest experiments involved the use of

Serratia marcescens being sprayed over San Francisco. This organism is

especially nice because it produces a red/pink pigment when grown on certain

media, which makes identification very easy.

At one point, 5000 particles/minute were sprayed from the coastal areas

inward. During this time, 1 man died(in the hospital) and 10 others became

infected in what was described as "a mystery to doctors."

Although the military never did many follow up studies on these tests, one

results was that it showed nearly every single person

became infected with the test organism. In hindsight, now that some of this

information has become declassified, it's been shown that during periods

following spraying tests, there were 5-10 times the normal infections

reported."

information on the San Fransisco 1950 biological

testing. In summary, the military released Serratia marcescens upon the San

Fransisco population to test the effectiveness of a terrorist bio-attack.

Following this was an outbreak of pneumonia which killed on man.

9) Streptomyces - "Streptomycetes are used to produce the majority of

antibiotics applied in human and veterinary medicine

and agriculture, as well as anti-parasitic agents, herbicides,

pharmacologically active metabolites (e.g. immuno-suppressants)"

10) A restriction enzyme used in research labs to snip and combine DNA --

such an enzyme cleaves open DNA and allows desired segments to be inserted

before recombining.

11) Other bacteria and toxic molds capable of producing heart disease,

encephalitis, meningitis, as well as acute upper

respiratory and gastrointestinal distress.

It is known that within three days of a particular heavy spraying, outbreaks

of respiratory illnesses occur in the exposed

population. Some develop pneumonia, others colds, flu-like symptoms, and

depressed immune functions. Instances of meningitis and encephalitis have

also increased in correlation with sprayings.

Note that no viruses are listed above. This is because viruses are

difficult to detect in the laboratory, much less identify.

However, most of the resulting illnesses do not respond to antibiotics,

suggesting their causes are indeed viral. From points made later in this

article, such viruses are most likely retroviruses such as the adenovirus

for use in sinister gene 'therapy.' It has been discussed what is in

chemtrails, but how particularly are they generated and for what reasons?

Account of an Airline Mechanic

An airline mechanic describes his accidental discovery of a commercial

plane's chemtrail pumping system:

...When I got into the bay I realized that something was not right. There

were more tanks, pumps, and pipes then should have

been there. At first I assumed that the system had been changed. It had been

10 years since I had worked on one. As I tried to find the problem I quickly

realized the extra piping and tanks were not connected to the waste disposal

system.

...The next day I was on the company computer to look up a wiring schematic.

While I was there I decided to look up the extra equipment I had found. To

my amazement the manuals did not show any of the extra equipment I had seen

with my own eyes the day before.

...The system had 1 large and 2 smaller tanks. It was hard to tell in the

cramped compartment but it looked like the large tank

could hold 50 gallons.

Later is a response from an airline manager concerning Project Cloverleaf:

"...Airline companies in America have been

participating in something called Project Cloverleaf for a few years now.

The earliest date anyone remembers being briefed on it is 1998. I was

briefed on it in 1999.

...They told us that the government was going to pay our airline, along with

others, to release special chemicals from commercial aircraft.

When asked what the chemicals were and why we were going to spray them, they

told us that information was given on a need-to-know basis and we weren't

cleared for it. They then went on to state that the chemicals were

harmless, but the program was of such importance that it needed to be done

at all costs. When we asked them why didn't they just rig military aircraft

to spray these chemicals, they stated that there weren't enough military

aircraft available to release chemicals on such a large basis as needs to be

done. That's why Project Cloverleaf was initiated, to allow commercial

airlines to assist in releasing these chemicals into the atmosphere.

Someone asked one of the G-men then if the chemicals are harmless, why not

tell the public what the chemicals are and why

we are spraying them? He seemed perturbed at this question and told us in a

tone of authority that the public doesn't need to

know what's going on, but that this program is in their best interests."

The veracity of these comments are uncertain, but with other circumstantial

evidence at hand, they appear to be truthful.

They suggest that for at least the past two years, commercial airlines have

participated in dispersing unknown substances

during regular flight, unbeknownst to all but the waste disposal mechanics

and need-to know staff. How Chemtrails are Dispersed Next comes the

question of how exactly chemtrails are dispersed. This was hinted at in the

airline mechanic's account of seeing three tanks containing liquid. The

purpose of these three tanks is evident when present patented technology is

taken into account.

Here is the abstract of patent 03994437:

A method and apparatus are provided for evenly disseminating by broadcast

techniques trace quantities of biologically active

chemicals such as nutrients, insecticides, fungicides, growth regulators and

the like.

The biologically active chemical is encapsulated in a microdispenser such as

a filamentary conduit of regulated cross-section and length. The filled

microdispensers are then metered into a moving carrier fluid stream,

preferably air, and the carrier fluid containing the microdispensers is then

evenly dispensed throughout the area. In an alternate preferred embodiment,

the microdispensers are coated with a second material which may be either

another biologically active material or a sticker for attaching the

microdispenser to living organisms such as plants or animals.

The method and apparatus is also applicable to biologically active chemicals

contained in laminated microdispenser structures

for dissemination and release. In the actual patent, however, the author

states that the fiber sizes are quite large, with inside diameters of 7-50

mils and lengths of two inches.

These sizes he states, are preferred, though not limiting numbers. It is

possible that this technology has been updated to

produce microfilaments such as the 'cobwebs' seen falling from the sky after

chemtrail sprayings.

What's important is the encapsulation of biologically active materials in a

polymer coating. The minimum number of liquids to

accomplish this is three, two to form polymers such as polyesters,

polyolefins, acrylics, modacrylics, polyamides upon

reaction during mixing with one another, and the third being the

biologically active liquid.

Another patent entitled "ENCAPSULATION BY INTERFACIAL POLYCONDENSATION"

3577515, describes this process perfectly.

Overview of the Chemtrail Phenomenon

Chemtrails appear worldwide, though it has been claimed that none have been

sighted in China. The author has personally witnessed them in Germany.

Although chemtrails in foreign countries may be due to planes originating

from the US, or from US military bases in those

countries, the heaviness of spraying there suggests that foreign governments

and commercial agencies are involved. As stated,

this contradicts the hypothesis that chemtrails are sprayed to protect

Americans from an anthrax attack, as terrorists would not

target countries other than America, especially many of the lesser countries

in which chemtrails have still been sighted.

What is to be gleaned from the preceding point is that governments worldwide

are involved in aggressively spraying the

population with agents that have biological effects. They are in a hurry,

considering their frequency and density of coverage, as

if a deadline is to be met.

The project has risked discovery by employing commercial airlines to help

with the spraying, and such a risk can only be justified if the project

itself were in the nature of an emergency. They have also risked their

secrecy by spraying during the day to affect as many people as possible,

when all below can plainly see these contrails are anything but.

What worldwide emergency could be of such importance and threat to the world

governments?

Piece 2: Bacterially Induced Transcession and Gene Therapy via Vector

Viruses

This section concerns altering one's DNA via incorporation of foreign DNA

from bacteria or viruses.

First Clue that Viruses Affect Host's DNA

The term 'transcession' appears in a Leading Edge article, quoted as

follows:

"One of the indications that vaccinations may in fact be changing the

genetic structure of humans became evident in September of 1971, when

scientists at the University of Geneva made the discovery that biological

substances entering directly into the

bloodstream could become part of human genetic structure.

In one experiment, scientists in Geneva extracted the auricles of frog

hearts and dipped them for several hours in a suspension of bacteria.

Afterward, they found a high percentage of RNA-DNA hybridization between

bacterial DNA extracted from bacteria of the same species as that used in

the experiment and titrated DNA extracted from the auricles which had been

dipped in the bacterial suspension.

Bacterial DNA had been absorbed by the animal cells. This phenomenon has

been dubbed transcession. There is evidence that this kind of phenomenon is

happening all the time within the human body. It is conceivable, for

example, that heart damage following rheumatic fever could the the result of

the immune system reacting to its own cells producing a foreign RNA complex

after absorption of foreign DNA." (link)

Chemtrail's And The CIA

The following information was gathered by me on 10/24/00 beginning at 4 am

when the good Lord woke me from a sound sleep. There is massive info

contained here re: this obnoxious and sickening spraying. You better believe

your local TV meteorologist/weatherman knows much about these activities

(per my conversation with a friend who is a TV news director).

However they are ordered by the government agencies, not to report on it.

Chemtrails

So, you haven't yet figured out the airborne conditioning-agent release

program that is being operated by the government. I'll give you some hints,

but first I'll give you a little information about myself. I'm a retired

government scientist with an advanced degree in one of the health-related

disciplines. I do not use my real name for fear of retaliation, either

against me, or against members of my family. I always try to route my

e-mail communications so that they appear to come from another source,

usually from one somewhere within the government. Sometimes I use the

internet resources of the public library - whatever it takes to hide my true

identity and confuse those who don't want the sort of information I possess

to fall into the public's hands.

I have a small circle of friends who are, or were, in key positions within

our military and several government agencies. These are not the very top

level personnel, but mid to upper mid-level people, scientists and analysts,

who are in positions where they can see the day-to-day activities of what's

going on, who are charged with implementing the details, but who are never

quite privy to the schemes behind the work they do. Each of my contacts has

been able to supply me with a portion of the puzzle, but separately, none of

them understands the whole story. I'll tell you what I've pieced together

so far. But I have to admit that this information frightens me because

there is no place I can go with it. What am I supposed to do - write my

congressman? I believe that would be like signing my own death warrant.

This whole chemtrail issue is related to the plan for decreasing the world

population to around 450-500 million -- and starting with the US first.

Why? The people of the US are the only ones with even the remotest chance

of stopping this. That is, if they knew about it. That's why the US has to

be the first to go. You have to understand that the world's elite covet the

US for its geographic diversity - and they would love to return this country

to its condition as it existed prior to Columbus

setting foot here, but without the Native Americans this time of course. 20

You may have already heard how several national parks have been designated

as world biospheres - that's the plan for all of North America,a giant

nature park and playground that will be devoid of annoying human beings

(that would be us). And the people actually involved in doing the spraying,

as well as those who will take part in the rest of the plans, are being

duped into believing they will be spared, that is, permitted to live and

remain on this continent as administrators and caretakers of this vast

nature preserve. I understand that about 150 to 200 thousand people are

projected as necessary for maintenance purposes. But it's likely these

people will not be Americans. Those in charge wouldn't want to risk the

possibility of some sort of revolt, so the workers will probably be brought

in from Europe and Asia.

There are rumors floating about the internet that the chemtrails are part of

some sort of secret program the government is doing to protect the US from

future biological attacks. Nothing could be further from the truth. The

plan is to sensitize, or condition, the US population to being wiped out by

influenza A. Over the past few years, people have been encouraged to get

flu shots to protect them against the generally non-lethal strains that

circulate through the population during flu season. 20 Each year the US

government has guessed which strains were most likely to spread. They seem

to always guess right - don't they? This flu

season, the government protected people with a trivalent vaccine that

included the A/Beijing/262/95-like (H1N1) and the A/Sydney/5/97-like (H3N2).

It also contained the B/Beijing/184/93-like hemagglutinin antigens. For

those not familiar with virology, the H and N refer to proteins on the

outside of the virus, the hemagglutinin and neuraminidase,which are

responsible for the virus attaching to, and then invading, a host cell. The

public has been quite pleased with the success of the vaccines offered so

far.

But that will change in the future.

Researchers at the US Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases

(or USAMRIID) at Fort Detrick in Frederick MD have econstructed and modified

the H1N1 Spanish Flu virus, making it far more deadly than it ever was back

when it was responsible for the 1918-1919 flu pandemic that killed over 20

million worldwide and over 500,000 here in the US. Consider that it could

have killed many more, but back then, people couldn't hop on a jet and

travel from New York to L.A. in five hours. Now, our ability to travel

will increase the spread and will be our downfall.

The flu vaccines contain killed virus and protect the body well against

challenge by that particular strain, but work poorly against other strains

not included in the inoculation. At some point, the vaccine stockpile will

include the more lethal modification of the 1918 H1N1 in its live form. Most

people receiving this vaccine will simply be renewing their annual flu

shot, and the vaccine will still include the inactivated version of the more

benign form of H1N1 (as was included in this year's vaccine). The presence

of the milder strain in the inoculum will slow down the progression of the

more lethal H1N1 form, so people will become sick more slowly - but they

will still eventually die. It will just take a few weeks longer.

In the meantime, they will be carriers for the lethal form of the virus,

passing it on to everyone with whom they make contact. And as people hear

that others are dropping dead from the flu, they will flock to get their own

vaccination. And the entire population will be more receptive to infection

because their lungs will have been pre-conditioned to guarantee it.

If you will remember back to 1968 and '69, the Hong Kong flu, which was

influenza A type H3N2, killed over 30,000 people in the U.S. alone. That

was a fortuitous learning event for some because it taught them that the flu

could still conceivably be used to wipe out a population. But at the same

time, it pointed out the need to precondition the populace so that those who

might normally be resistant could be rendered susceptible. Hence the

development of the vaccine program and the aerial spraying procedures to

condition the population. The purpose of the chemicals in the chemtrails is

to help the viral envelope fuse with lung cells, permitting easier

penetration and infection.

But what about those few individuals who don't succumb to the flu?

Probability alone demands that there will be some who survive - pockets of

the population that are either not reached or somehow (and this is less

likely) are resistant to the lethal H1N1 strain. At this point you must

also remember that our military personnel have been immunized against a

variety of pathogens, including the anthrax bacillus. 20 For those

geographically isolated areas where the flu doesn't do its job, it's a

fairly simple matter to lay down anthrax spores and then send in what's left

of the military to take care of anyone still breathing. The anthrax

spraying will probably come under the guise of a flu protection program to

save those still alive after the epidemic. And the military, having been

exposed to civilians with the flu, will eagerly await their own flu shots. I

should emphasize that this is a last resort scenario. Those orchestrating

the plan will not want to use anthrax until all other possibilities are

exhausted - this because of the long-term viability of anthrax spores. To

scatter them over the countryside would mean the area would be dangerous for

use by humans, at least those not vaccinated against the bacteria.

And think about this for a moment. Why do you suppose agencies like Fish

and Wildlife are so eager to reintroduce wolves and other species into areas

of the country which haven't seen these animals for generations. It's all

part of the plan to restore this land to what the elite envision as its

early paradise-like state, with wild animals freely roaming the uninhabited

plains and forests. Granted, it will take some time to clean up the place

and to maybe destroy a lot of small towns that might otherwise be considered

a blight on the landscape. But for the global elite it will be a small

price for us to pay for their enjoyment.

1. Contrail generation apparatus for producing a powder contrail having

c. a powder storage means in said housing;

2. Apparatus as in claim 1 wherein said jet tube means is a ram air jet

tube.

3. Apparatus as in claim 1 wherein an upstream deflector baffle is

provided at the output of said deagglomeration means into said jet tube

means to produce a venturi effect for minimizing back pressure on said

powder feeding means.

4. Apparatus as in claim 1 wherein said deagglomerator means comprises:

a. means for subjecting powder particles from said powder storage means to a

hammering action to aerate and precondition the powder; and b. a jet mill

means to further deagglomerate the powder into separate particles.

5. Apparatus as in claim 4 wherein pressurized gas means is provided for

operating said deagglomeration means.

6. Apparatus as in claim 1 wherein said radiation scattering powder

particles are titanium dioxide pigment having a median particle size of

about 0.3 microns.

7. Apparatus as in claim 1 wherein said radiation scattering powder

particles have a coating of extremely fine hydrophobic colloidal silica

thereon to minimize interparticle cohesive forces.

8. Apparatus as in claim 1 wherein the formulation of said powder

consists of 85% by weight of TiO2 pigment of approximately 0.3 micron media

particle size, 10% by weight of colloidal silica of 0.007 micron primary

particle size, and 5% by weight of silica gel having an average particle

size of 4.5 microns.

9. The method of producing a light radiation scattering contrail,

comprising: a. surface treating light scattering powder particles to

minimize interparticle cohesive forces; b. deagglomerating said powder

particles in two stages prior to dispensing

into a jet tube by subjecting said powder particles to a hammering action in

the first stage to aerate and precondition the powder, and by passing said

powder through a jet mill in the second stage to further deagglomerate the

powder;

c. dispensing the deagglomerated powder from the jet mill directly into a

jet tube for exhausting said powder into the atmosphere, thus forming a

contrail.

10. A method as in claim 9 wherein said light scattering powder

particles is titanium dioxide pigment.

11. A method as in claim 9 wherein said powder particles are treated

with a coating of extremely fine hydrophobic colloidal silica to minimize

interparticle cohesive forces.

12. A method as in claim 11 wherein said treated powder particles are

further protected with a silica gel powder.

Background/Summary:

BACKGROUND

The present invention relates to method and apparatus for contrail

generation and the like. An earlier known method in use for contrail

generation involves oil smoke trails produced by injecting liquid oil

directly into the hot jet exhaust of an aircraft target vehicle. The oil

vaporizes and recondenses being the aircraft producing a brilliant white

trail. Oil smoke trail production

requires a minimum of equipment; and, the material is low in cost and

readily available. However, oil smoke requires a heat source to vaporize the

liquid oil and not all aircraft target vehicles, notably towed targets, have

such a heat source. Also, at altitudes above about 25,000 feet oil smoke

visibility degrades rapidly.

SUMMARY

The present invention is for a powder generator requiring no heat source

to emit a "contrail" with sufficient visibility to aid in visual acquisition

of an aircraft target vehicle and the like. The term "contrail" was adopted

for convenience in identifying the visible powder trail of this invention.

Aircraft target vehicles are used to simulate aerial threats for missile

tests and often fly at altitudes between 5,000 and 20,000 feet at speeds of

300 and 400 knots or more. The present invention is also suitable for use in

other aircraft vehicles to generate contrails or reflective screens for any

desired purpose.

The powder contail generator is normally carried on an aircraft in a pod

containing a ram air tube and powder feed hopper. Powder particles, surface

treated to minimize interparticle cohesive forces are fed from the hopper to

a deagglomerator and then to the ram air tube for dispensing as separate

single particles to produce a contrail having maximum visibility for a given

weight material. Other object, advantages and novel features of the

invention will become apparent from the following detailed description of

the invention when considered in conjunction with the accompanying drawing.

FIG. 1 is a schematic sectional side-view of a powder contrail generator

of the present invention.

Description of Preferred Embodiments:

DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

The powder contail generator in pod 10, shown in FIG. 1, is provided

with a powder feed hopper 12 positioned in the center section of the pod and

which feeds a powder 13 to a deagglomerator 14 by means of screw conveyors

16 across the bottom of the hopper. The deagglomerator 14 produces two

stages of action. In the first stage of deagglomeration, a shaft 18 having

projecting radial rods 19 in compartment 20 is rotated by an air motor 21,

or other suitable drive means. The shaft 18 is rotated at about 10,000 rpm,

for example. As powder 13 descends through the first stage compartment 20 of

the

deagglomeration chamber, the hammering action of rotating rods 19 serves to

aerate and precondition the powder before the second stage of

deagglomeration takes place in the jet mill section 22. In the jet mill 22,

a plurality of radial jets 24 (e.g., six 0.050 inch diamter radial jets)

direct nitrogen gas (at e.g., 120 psig) inward to provide energy for further

deagglomeration of

the powder. The N2, or other suitable gas, is provided from storage tanks 25

and 26, for example, in the pod. The jet mill 22 operates in a similar

manner to commercial fluid energy mills except that there is no provision

for recirculation of oversize

particles. Tests with the deagglomerator show that at a feed rate of

approximately 11/2 lb/min, treated titanium dioxide powder pigment is

effectively dispersed as single particles with very few agglomerates

evident.

The nitrogen gas stored in cylinder tanks 25 and 26 is charged to 1800

psig, for example. Two stages of pressure reduction, for example, by

pressure reduction valves 28 and 29, bring the final delivery pressure at

the radial jets 24 and to the air motor 21 to approximately 120 psig. A

solenoid valve 30 on the 120 psig line is connected in parallel with the

electric motor 32 which operates the powder feeder screws 16 for

simultaneous starting and running of the powder feed, the air motor and the

jet mill deagglomerator.

Air enters ram air tube 34 at its entrance 35 and the exhaust from the

jet mill deagglomerator passes directly into the ram air tube. At the

deagglomerator exhaust 36 into ram air tube 34, an upstream deflector baffle

38 produces a venturi effect which minimizes back pressure on the powder

feed system. The powder is then jetted from the exhaust end 40 of the ram

air tube

to produce a contrail. A pressure equalization tube, not shown, can be used

to connect the top of the closed hopper 12 to the deagglomeration chamber

14. A butterfly valve could be provided at the powder hopper outlet 39 to

completely isolate and seal off the powder supply when not in use. Powder 13

could then be stored in hopper 12 for several weeks, without danger of

picking up excessive moisture, and still be adequately dispensed.

Preparation of the light scatter powder 13 is of a critical importance

to production of a powder "contrail" having maximum visibility for a given

weight of material. It is essential that the pigment powder particles be

dispensed as separate single particles rather than as agglomerates of two or

more particles. The powder treatment produces the most easily dispersed

powder through the use of surface treatments which minimize interparticle

cohesive forces.

Titanium dioxide pigment was selected as the primary light scattering

material because of its highly efficient light scattering ability and

commercially available pigment grades. Titanium dioxide pigment (e.g.,

DuPont R--931) with a median particle size of about 0.3µ has a high bulk

density and is not readily aerosolizable as a submicron cloud without the

consumption of

a large amount of deagglomeration energy. In order to reduce the energy

requirement for deagglomeration, the TiO2 powder is specially treated with a

hydrophobic colloidal silica which coats and separates the individual TiO2

pigment particles. The extremely fine particulate nature (0.007µ primary

particle size) of Cobot S--101 Silanox grade, for example, of colloidal

silica minimizes the amount needed to coat and separate the TiO2 particles,

and the hydrophobic surface minimizes the affinity of the powder for

absorbtion of moisture from the atmosphere. Adsorbed moisture in powders

causes liquid bridges at interparticle contacts and it then becomes

necessary to overcome the adsorbed-liquid surface tension forces as well as

the weaker Van der Waals' forces before the particles can be separated.

The Silanox treated titanium dioxide pigment is further protected from

the deleterious effects of adsorbed moisture by incorporation of silica gel.

The silica gel preferentially adsorbs water vapor that the powder may be

exposed to after drying and before use. The silica gel used is a powder

product, such as Syloid 65 from the W. R Grace and Co., Davison Chemical

Division, and has an average particle size about 4.5µ and a large capacity

for moisture at low humidities.

A typical powder composition used is shown in Table 1. This formulation

was blended intimately with a Patterson-Kelley Co. twin shell dry LB-model

LB--2161 with intensifier. Batches of 1500 g were blended for 15 min. each

and packaged in 5-lb cans. The bulk density of the blended powder is 0.22

g/cc. Since deagglomeration is facilitated by having the powder bone dry,

the powder should be predried before sealing the cans. In view of long

periods (e.g., about 4 months) between powder preparation and use it is

found preferable to spread the powder in a thin layer in an open container

and place in a 400°F over two days before planned usage. The powder is

removed and placed in the hopper about 2 hours before use.

Other type powder compositions can also be used with the apparatus

described herein. For example, various powder particles which reflect

electromagnetic radiation can be dispensed as a chaff or the like from the

contrail generator. Obviously many modifications and variations of the

present invention are possible in the light of the above teachings. It is

therefore to be understood that within the scope of the appended claims the

invention may be practiced otherwise than as specifically described.

Subject: Barium Affirmed in Chemtrails

The unusual presence of the element barium in the atmosphere now appears to

have been affirmed through the methods of spectroscopy. Spectroscopy is the

study of the absorption and emission of light and other radiation by matter,

as related to the dependence of these processes on the wavelength of the

radiation. The results of the current research are now sufficient to

establish an analytical basis for the formal investigation of radical

atmospheric changes induced by relatively recent aircraft aerosol

operations. This work further confirms the recent findings that have

substantiated the unusual presence of an alkaline salt form in the

atmosphere, as revealed through recent pH tests conducted across the

country. Barium compounds, especially those of a soluble nature, are

regarded as a serious health risk, and they are commonly associated with

respiratory distress.

Research by this method will continue, but preliminary results are provided

because of the importance of the findings and to support the claims that are

made herein. It is recommended that other researchers across the country

participate within this endeavor, in an effort to further refine the results

of the study. Spectroscopy provides an analytic tool that can be used to

establish the presence or absence of certain foreign elements in the

atmosphere that have been under consideration for some time.

Chemtrails are a new phenomena which has struck all over the world. It seems that the government are using planes to spray populated areas with a chemical solution, which can make people very sick, but why??. Normal contrails usually dissipate very rapidly, are of relatively short length, and show variability in their formation from the engines. Chemtrails usually extend continuously and expand to transform into a cirrus type cloud layer. Apart from the repeated, intense, and unusual flight-patterns, odd illnesses will sometimes strike people shortly after these chemtrail episodes; multiple witnesses have also reported a cobweb-like substance seen falling from the sky.

You should also know that a lab-analysis of some "goo" which fell to the ground revealed the presence of biological-agents: Pseudomonas Fluorescens, Streptomyces, and a restriction enzyme used to create viruses.   Further, a gentleman who has been following  the contrails around the country for years had a medical test which discovered pathogens in his body -- the rare V2 Grippe virus among them -- pathogens that should only be found in laboratories.

During the past several months, investigators across the United States and Canada have been collecting photographs and eyewitness accounts related to a widespread, ongoing, and strangely anomalous phenomena that has been occurring in our skies overhead. We are referring to the purposeful, deliberate weaving of strange, lingering, and thickening aerial contrails, better known as ChemTrails to most observers. Most persons viewing these photographs and reading the associated accounts have had little difficulty arriving at the obvious conclusion that these documented aerial phenomena represent anything but the normal contrail activity associated with everyday commercial airline traffic.

Normal contrails are composed of fragile ice crystals formed by aircraft flying at altitudes of 31,000 feet or greater. At altitudes below 31,000 feet, these normal vapor condensation trails are simply not able to form behind an aircraft, regardless of its type or design. Above 31,000 feet, normal contrails appear pencil-thin in construction when observed from ground level, and in nearly all instances, tend to totally evaporate within a minute or so, rarely extending for any appreciable distance behind the emitting aircraft.

ChemTrails on the other hand, have been observed being generated by aircraft flying at altitudes as high as 33,000 feet and as low as 8,000 feet—but generally, below 30,000 feet. Since normal contrails can not form at these low altitudes, any contrail formation that is observed at these elevations is probably not a contrail at all, but a genuine ChemTrail.

These normally manifest as billowy smoke trails when viewed from the ground, and tend to always become broader and denser over time. They generally do not evaporate, nor do they dissipate at all. Over a period of several hours, parallel ChemTrail formations will eventually spread out to meet one another and join together to form a continuous, banded, cirrus-like cloud formation in the sky. Often a fish-spine configuration will be observed after a given ChemTrail has had sufficient time to mature. Shortly after this joining-up phase, what just hours earlier was a perfectly clear blue sky, will now appear as a structured, milky-haze overcast, unnatural in all respects.

Another distinguishing difference between contrails and ChemTrails concerns their relative location or position in the local sky, as well as their directional characteristics.

Aircraft emitting normal contrails are constrained by FAA regulations to operate only over designated air routes; therefore, the contrails that they generate will be found consistently only within local flight corridors, which are easily discerned by an observer at any given geographic location on the ground. In addition, air traffic along these designated routes is always unidirectional. Aircraft flying in opposing compass directions are never permitted to use the same air-routes, at the same altitudes—for obvious reasons. Therefore, only those contrails that are formed within these restricted air corridors, and consistently with the same vector or direction should be considered normal contrails resulting from normal commercial airline traffic.

There is one exception to this rule however. Occasionally, normal contrails will be emitted by military air traffic, which do not always operate within these flight corridor constraints. This deviation is due to the fact that the military is generally exempt from commercial flight regulations during air maneuvers and training exercises—but again, this is the exception and not the rule.

Aircraft that generate ChemTrails are apparently not constrained to operate within FAA designated air corridors either; nor are they required to adhere to established commercial flight rules and FAA regulations. Consequently, ChemTrail patterns will be observed lying both within and well outside of the normal air corridors used by the commercial airlines. Unlike normal contrails, these lattice formations can and do appear at any location in the local sky, develop in any geographic direction or vector, intersect and intercept one another as a matter of practice, and produce elaborate and extensive cross-hatch or geometric patterns, which are often seen extending from horizon to horizon. Any commercial airliner that attempted to engage in these kinds of flight maneuvers would be guilty of violating just about every known international flight regulation of commercial aviation. The ChemTrail patterns laid-down by these regulation-exempt aircraft, generally appear as either long parallel billowing furrows in the sky, as some variant of an intersecting tic-tac-toe configuration or a simple figure X.It is believed that these clearly discernible geometric patterns are used as a means of identifying specific local ChemTrail formations, and facilitate the tracking of their position, movement, and drift using satellite telemetry. This information would be vital if it were necessary to determine critical operational values for the various mission parameters needed to accurately position these lattice-type networks, so as to target selected geographic locations and populations with their fallout.

Another very subtle parameter associated with ChemTrail phenomena is the significance of the local surface wind speed over the dispersion area. Empirically, ChemTrail missions tend to be suspended wherever and whenever the ground wind speed reaches or exceeds 20 miles per hour. This characteristic has been a consistent limiting factor throughout the range of areas where ChemTrail activity has been observed. Normal contrail activity is never subject to this restriction, and can be seen over a wide range of measured surface wind velocities.

One of the most important distinguishing characteristics of normal contrail formations is their pattern-configuration. Normal contrails are produced through a complex interaction between an aircraft's jet engine, its exhaust, and the temperature and humidity of the ambient atmosphere. Whenever these contrails are generated, under the proper atmospheric conditions, the number of simultaneous contrails emitted by any specific aircraft is always directly related to the engine configuration of that aircraft. A 747, for example, will leave a parallel four-element contrail in its wake, a DC-10 or L1011, on the other hand, will emit a parallel three-element contrail, and a 737 or 777 will generate a parallel two-element contrail in the sky. In each of these cases, the aircraft in question will generate only short-lived, fully-dissipating, multiple parallel contrails—always, at altitudes greater than 31,000 feet, and always in accordance with the number of engines in its design. A multi-engine aircraft will simply not produce single-element contrails as long as both engines are functioning properly. The number of contrails therefore, that will be produced by any given aircraft is always the same as the number of engines powering that aircraft—these numbers are always equal.

The type of aircraft that are most frequently observed laying-down genuine ChemTrail patterns, are normally KC-10A or KC-135 tankers. The KC-10A is a three-engine aircraft and would therefore normally leave a three-element parallel contrail in its wake. The KC-135 however, is a smaller, four-engine aircraft, and would therefore typically display four-element contrail. When used during ChemTrail missions however, these aircraft have been observed laying-down only a thick and billowy, single-element ChemTrail, while simultaneously displaying no concurrent normal contrail activity. Two different mechanisms are therefore at work here.

This pattern-configuration feature can serve as a very good guide in helping to distinguish between normal contrail observations and true ChemTrails sightings, but it is not foolproof. The military has been equipping their KC-10As and KC-135s with wing tip mounted refueling pods, to permit multiple, simultaneous refueling operations. If one of these aircraft is being used in a particular ChemTrail mission, then the resulting dispersion will most likely start out as two-parallel emissions. Eventually though, these will merge into a single wide-band dispersion pattern, retaining all of the other special characteristics associated with ChemTrail activity.

The other factor that might be working against this general rule, is the likelihood that the military is experimenting with a number of different spray-nozzle technologies having various geometries. Such research would likely be aimed at controlling the specific flow and dispersion characteristics of their equipment. Variability in the nozzle designs used to disperse the bio-chemical cocktail, would probably add some additional variability to the dispersion patterns being observed, but again, the predominate characteristics of a genuine ChemTrail will eventually prevail.

One more distinguishing characteristic of a ChemTrail than can help to separate these from normal contrails concerns the display of a vertical curtain-like fall-off from a maturing ChemTrail. Although the ChemTrail remains very prominent in the sky, the vertical curtain seems to roll off of the main body and appears to descend toward the surface in vertical sheets. The essential idea to keep in mind regarding ChemTrails, regardless of the manner in which these bio-chemical agents are being dispersed, is that all ChemTrails eventually coalesce into a consistent, widely diffused footprint, which ultimately obscures all or most of the entire sky with a clearly structured, solid milky haze.

The components constituting this bio-chemical soup do not dissipate or disappear over time; instead, due to the higher specific-gravity of the host element being used, namely JP8+100 jet fuel, these components simply settle to the earth and blanket everything within their reach—human beings, animals, plants, soil, and water, as they slowly descend through the atmosphere—through the air that we all breath.

We can summarize the characteristic pattern-configuration behavioral of genuine ChemTrail activity with the following two statements: First, that the aircraft used in these operations tend to be flown at altitudes below 31,000 feet, because no normal engine-related contrails are ever observed concurrent with the emission of the ChemTrails. Secondly, that the biochemical agent forming these ChemTrails is being emitted by a mechanical component of the aircraft other than the engines—normally, this component is the single, extended, rear mounted, refueling tail-boom.
 
 
 
There is one more distinguishing characteristic of unquestionable ChemTrail activity that we should mention at this time—a very pronounced refractory chemical signature, visible whenviewing ChemTrail cloud formations illuminated by the sun.

When sunlight passes through a ChemTrail, the chemical components making up the cloud tend to refract sunlight in such a way as to render a yellow-orange-green halo surrounding the sun at a distance of about 20 to 30 degrees of radius on either side. Some researchers have indicated that this is best observed using polarized sunglasses, but it can generally be seen with or without a filter. This halo is not always completely circular and continuous, but may on occasion, depending on the structure of the ChemTrails, be expressed as colored prominences at irregular, and scattered distances from the sun.

A dark-linespectral analysis of the solar spectrum exhibited by a ChemTrail when illuminated by the sun may also prove particularly useful in identifying ChemTrail activity, as well as providing valuable information on its atomic makeup. To date however, we are not aware of any such study or analysis, although this would seem to be both a reasonable and logical undertaking, well within the capabilities of most colleges and universities. Perhaps this will be attempted in the near future. Ethylene dibromide has a mild, sweet odor. However, just because you do not smell anything peculiar in the air does not mean that the fallout is not making it all the way to the ground. They are also using an additive to help camouflage this smell.

When the camouflage is not working properly though, or the fallout is particularly dense, you will definitely smell something very strange, that you have probably never sensed before. It has been described by some observers as a metallic or corrosive odor. Although we have also picked up the scent from time to time, particularly in the early morning when the air is still, labeling it is an altogether different matter. The closest comparable odor would be malathion, which just so happens to be a pesticide! When you do finally meet up with it, you will know it—the odor is very difficult to forget afterwards.
 
 

By way of further elaboration—since this aerial campaign began in earnest during the late summer or early fall of 1998; a secondary, highly correlated, event has been observed that would seem to be inescapably and directly related to this phenomena. The diligence and dedication of a number of very competent researchers and bio-medical professionals have uncovered what would appear to be a clear and unambiguous link between the ChemTrail aerial campaign and the simultaneous outbreak of near epidemic, flu-like illnesses. These outbreaks have repeatedly swept the entire United States over the past several months, always in the wake of a local ChemTrail attack. A name has been tentatively given to this affiliated illness—Respiratory Distress Syndrome—which has been associated with a number of chemical, viral, bacterial, and fungal components, either directly or indirectly related to the bio-chemical makeup of the ChemTrails. We will discuss the detailed medical aspects of this connection later in this article. For the time being however, it is sufficient to understand that the characterization of these mysterious contrails as ChemTrails, is not without a very logical and appropriate rationale.

For reasons you will understand as you read this I can not divulge my identity. I am an aircraft mechanic for a major airline. I work at one of our maintenance bases located at a large airport. I have discovered some information that I think you will find important.

First I should tell you something about the "pecking order" among mechanics. It is important to my story and to the cause to which you have dedicated yourself.

Mechanics want to work on three things. The avionics, the engines, or the flight controls. The mechanics that work on these systems are considered at the top of the "pecking order". Next come the mechanics that work on the hydraulics and air conditioning systems. Then come the ones who work on the galley and other non-essential systems. But at the very bottom of the list are the mechanics that work on the waste disposal systems. No mechanic wants to work on the pumps, tanks, and pipes that are used to store the waste from the lavatories. But at every airport where I have worked there are always 2 or 3 mechanics that volunteer to work on the lavatory systems.

The other mechanics are happy to let them do it. Because of this you will have only 2 or 3 mechanics that work on these systems at any one airport. No one pays much attention to these guys and no mechanic socializes with another mechanic who only works on the waste systems. In fact I had never thought much about this situation until last month.

Like most airlines we have reciprocal agreements with the other airlines that fly into this airport. If they have a problem with a plane one of our mechanics will take care of it. Likewise if one of our planes has a problem at an airport where the other airline has a maintenance base, they will fix our plane.

One day last month I was called out from our base to work on a plane for another airline. When I got the call the dispatcher did not know what the problem was. When I got to the plane I found out that the problem was in waste disposal system. There was nothing for me to do but to crawl in and fix the problem. When I got into the bay I realized that something was not right. There were more tanks, pumps, and pipes then should have been there. At first I assumed that the system had been changed. It had been 10 years since I had worked on one. As I tried to find the problem I quickly realized the extra piping and tanks were not connected to the waste disposal system. I had just discovered this when another mechanic from my company showed up. It was one of the mechanics who usually works on these systems. I happily turned the job over to him. As I was leaving I asked him about the extra equipment. He told me to "worry about my end of the plane and let him worry about his!"

The next day I was on the company computer to look up a wiring schematic. While I was there I decided to look up the extra equipment I had found. To my amazement the manuals did not show any of the extra equipment I had seen with my own eyes the day before. I even tied in to the manufacturer files and still found nothing. Now I was really determined to find out what that equipment did.

The next week we had three of our planes in our main hanger for periodic inspection. There are mechanics crawling all over a plane during these inspections. I had just finished my shift and I decided to have a look at the waste system on one of our planes. With all the mechanics around I figured that no one would notice an extra one on the plane. Sure enough, the plane I choose had the extra equipment!

I began to trace the system of pipes, pumps, and tanks. I found what appeared to be the control unit for the system. It was a standard looking avionics control box but it had no markings of any kind. I could trace the control wires from the box to the pumps and valves but there were no control circuits coming into the unit. The only wires coming into the unit was a power connection to the aircraft's main power bus.

The system had 1 large and 2 smaller tanks. It was hard to tell in the cramped compartment but it looked like the large tank could hold 50 gallons. The tanks were connected to a fill and drain valve that passed through the fuselage just behind the drain valve for the waste system. When I had a chance to look for this connection under the plane I found it cunningly hidden behind a panel under the panel used to access the waste drain.

I began to trace the piping from the pumps. These pipes lead to a network of small pipes that ended in the trailing edges of the wings and horizontal stabilizers. If you look closely at the wings of a large airplane you will see a set of wires, about the size of your finger, extending from the trailing edge of the wing surfaces. These are the static discharge wicks. They are used to dissipate the static electric charge that builds up on a plane in flight. I discovered that the pipes from this mystery system lead to every 1 out of 3 of these static discharge wicks. These wicks had been "hollowed out" to allow whatever flows through these pipes to be discharged through these fake wicks.

It was while I was on the wing that one of the managers spotted me. He ordered me out of the hanger telling me that my shift was over and I had not been authorized any overtime.

The next couple of days were very busy and I had no time to continue my investigation. Late one afternoon, two days after my discovery, I was called to replace an engine temperature sensor on a plane due to take off in two hours. I finished the job and turned in the paperwork.

About 30 minutes later I was paged to see the General Manager. When I went in his office I found that our union rep and two others who I did not know were waiting on me. He told me that a serious problem had been discovered. He said that I was being written up and suspended for turning in false paperwork. He handed me a disciplinary form stating that I had turned in false paperwork on the engine temperature sensor I had installed a few hours before. I was floored and began to protest. I told them that this was ridiculous and that I had done this work. The union rep spoke up then and recommended that we take a look at the plane and see if we could straighten it all out. It was at this time that I asked who the other two men were. The GM told me that they were airline safety inspectors but would not give me their name.

We proceeded to the plane, which should have been in the air but was parked on our maintenance ramp. We opened the engine cowling and the union rep pulled the sensor. He checked the serial number and told everyone that it was the old instrument. We then went to the parts bay and went back into the racks. The union rep checked my report and pulled from the rack a sealed box. He opened the box and pulled out the engine temperature sensor with the serial number of the one I had installed. I was told that I was suspended for a week without pay and to leave immediately.

I sat at home the first day of my suspension wondering what the hell had happened to me. That evening I received a phone call. The voice told me "Now you know what happens to mechanics who poke around in things they shouldn't. The next time you start working on systems that are no concern of yours you will lose your job! As it is I'm feeling generous, I believe that you'll be able to go back to work soon" CLICK. Again I had to pick myself from off the floor. I made the connection that what had happened was directly connected to my tracing the mysterious piping. The next morning the General Manager called me. He said that due to my past excellent employment record that the suspension had been reduced to one day and that I should report back to work immediately. The only thing I could think of was what are they trying to hide and who are THEY!

That day at work went by as if nothing had happened. None of the other mechanics mentioned the suspension and my union rep told me not to talk about it. That night I logged onto the Internet to try to find some answers. I don't remember now how I got there but I came across a site dealing with chemtrails. That's when it all came together. But the next morning at work I found a note inside my locked locker. It said, "Curiosity killed the cat. Don't be looking at Internet sites that are no concern of yours."

Well that's it. THEY are watching me.

Well you already know what they are doing. I don't know what they are spraying but I can tell you how they are doing it. I figure they are using the "honey trucks". These are the trucks that empty the waste from the lavatory waste tanks. The airports usually contract out this job and nobody goes near these trucks. Who wants to stand next a truck full of sh--. While these guys are emptying the waste tanks they are filling the tanks of the spray system. They know the planes flight path so they probably program the control unit to start spraying some amount of time after the plane reaches a certain altitude. The spray nozzles in the fake static wicks are so small that no one in the plane would see a thing.
